I wish there were a 0 Star rating option. Or perhaps a negative star rating. The owner (Brad) is unprofessional and rude. We were forced to file a UPS claim for a package that went "missing" after dropping it off at his store. The claims process with Brad was a nightmare. When he received the claim check from UPS he refused to mail me the check stating that I had to "pick it up in person" regardless of the fact it would mean a 3 hour round trip. After further discussions he agreed to mail the check --- and then never did. When I followed up with Brad 1 month later, he refused to take my calls -- making me work with one of his employees. She stated that the check was never mailed and that Brad said that I would have to pick the check up. Brad is completely unprofessional, does not follow UPS claims rules and is unnecessarily rude. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Not thrilled about the location because the parking here is cumbersome and there arent enough spaces when it gets busy. However, once you get past that, the store and service are solid. Sometimes the less experienced staff take longer because they need to ask for help, but Im impressed with the range of services they offer in this rather tiny unit within the strip mall. I also like how even though they are a UPS store, they quote shopping prices for the USPS and can ship it that way when it ends up being cheaper. Its much better than having to stop at the post office, get a quote, stop here, get a second quote, then maybe have to go back to the post office if that ends up being the better option. Staff always seems friendly enough to me. Cant say Ive witnessed anything unfriendly either as some other reviewers have suggested is the standard treatment.

My package was lost, and they were very unhelpful and rude the entire time. It cost me over $200 to replace and resend out that package yet my claim was denied. Not only that, but over a month later they found my package, and I asked for it to be sent to me ASAP so that maybe I can cancel my research request with the money order people, and have 120$ refunded to me, and UPS mailed it ground which took 1week and 1 day, and I was not able to save the additional money. Now Im asking for at least the shipping costs to be refunded, and they wont even give me the time of day on the phone, saying they have long lines, etc. Both Brad the manager, and Patricia are the most useless customer service agents Ive ever had to deal with. Will never use UPS again, or this store.

The level of customer service I received from this store is with not doubt the best I have received from a shipping store. I shipped an international package and even though it did not make it to its final destination, customs rejected due to new policies. My package was returned to me. Throughout the whole time, Brad was very understanding and very, very helpful. My problem was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Will continue to ship at this location :)

Wow. What started off as such a friendly experience quickly turned toxic. Not only do they not have all the technology that they list on their website in store, they will also charge you for things without telling you. I was completely shocked by their attitude when things started taking a turn for the worst, especially when I was nothing but nice and thankful for all their help. Just take your business elsewhere. Theyre not worth the trouble.

I mailed a package and it cost $60. No problem. It was heavy and I needed boxing. No complaint with that. Then I asked for the notary service. Older gent charged me $4.00. $2.00 for the oath and $2.00 for the stamp. Very next week I went to the UPS Store in Cumming for a notary service. I got charged $2.00. I wont be returning to the Gainesville store.

All the ups stores in Gainesville and flowery Branch area have the worst customer service skills. Some are down right rude to ur face from the moment you walk in. However when calling this location I was helped and treated with care. I appreciate who ever helped me. They answered my confusion to a simple answer. Thank you

Walked in and one associate just stared at me as I walked in. I said hello and he just kind of muttered back. The person who helped me had a holier than though attitude and acted like I was wasting his time when I all wanted to do was just deliver a small package.

This is a great neighborhood UPS Store...everyone remembers your name if you use the place often, as I do. They are always friendly and do a great job packing up my stuff securely.

Every time I go in, I am greeted with a smile. They serve cookies at Christmas, and their lines are never long. I always go here instead of the post office when I mail packages.
