MailPak on Beartooth Prkwy didnt reimburse me for a $60+ item I decided not to get while in the store and now they say they didnt receive the money even after I showed them a printout from my bank showing the funds were transferred to their account. They promised to clear it up by this afternoon and its now after 5pm and nothing was done. Worst of all I was overdrawn on my account. We also asked for some work to be done. The first "attempt " was done completely wrong and several days late. The second time it was to be done by Monday and they would call. We got a badly done job on Wednesday.

The store owner goes out of his way to help you with your shipping needs regardless how large or small your shipping needs or how modest the amount you are spending. He is an extremely knowledgable person and you can trust shipping your valued items with this business. On one occasion Pak Mail custom made a box that perfectly fit my odd sized item at a cost that was surprisingly affordable. If you want to deal with one of the real professionals in shipping locally Pak Mail in Dawsonville is about as good as you will find. Great people, great service, affordable pricing.

As a grandmother I can say this is the place to go to mail all those birthday and holiday gifts for the grandchildren. Walking is a problem for me, so Ed and the staff have been so helpful in getting parcels out of my car and and then mailed out. Highly recommend!
