Absolutely loved my visit to this store. I was greeted with a smile minute I stepped foot in the store. My mother passed away recently so I had old photos of her which I was thinking of making several copies of so I can distribute among family members. Aneel gave me several options to preserve the photograph which I never ever thought I could have done on my own. I was so happy to save my mothers memories in a way that seemed unrealistic. Oh my gosh, my mothers old pictures were transformed into a crispy, shiny, glossy looking piece of artwork. I literally had tears coming out of my eyes. Aneel, thank you so much and bless your heart for showing compassion, and being so so patient with me. Any one with similar needs should look no further. This is the guy you need to come talk to.

I cant seem to shake the fact that for once UPS store actually has someone like Aneel working for them. He is smart, insightful, perceptive, and quick witted. I am a senior recruiter for BIG airline industry and I can spot a talent when I see one. Aneel has always taken care of my shipments. I usually send Next days and never once I have had any of my shipments delayed due to negligence. If you have time sensitive shipments go see him, he is the guy. Being in a travel industry, I can definitely appreciate Aneels profound knowledge in necessary customs forms and other commercial invoicing. He is just great at what he does!

Aneel is wonderful, polite, and very professional. I always feel welcome in the store. He keeps thing running and has the amazing ability to juggle between customers and gets the job done without delay. I mostly get my print stuff done here, the prices are very reasonable, quality is amazing, and time it takes for Aneel to get it done is Unbelievable. He is an asset to the store if it wasnt for Aneel I would rather go to my other store near oakwood who are not friendly at all so I come here for all my print and ship needs.

I absolutely agree with these recent reviews. Destiny is awesome. I came in one morning for a notary. Not only was she over the top polite and smiley for it to be so early in the morning lol but she was juggling several customers and holding a conversation while working on the fax machine. Everyone was happy and got hellos, goodbyes, how are the kids, and how is your back are you feeling better. She just brought smiles out of everyone. She could come work for me any day!!!

This ups charges $2.00 for 60 seconds of use to print off attachmennts that I need to print off and pay them in the first place. Then when I ask how if I can email it he says it costs $2 to open an attachment. How does that make any sense. It may be just me but I think that if anyone wants to print off something you shouldnt charge money on top of that. Ill take my business to the braselton ups store that treats me as a valued customer.

Aneel is the BEST! ! ! I use him all the time and never have had a problem he is always on top of it no matter how busy he is, he is Great. I am always assured my things will be taken care of and with a smile and that is so hard to find. Even the busiest time of year I never worry when Aneel is there. THANK YOU ANEEL FOR ALL YOU DO. I use this UPS Store for my business mail and absolutely love the service they provide. They go above and beyond what is normal customer service. It is not the facility that makes it great, but the people behind the counter. It does not matter if I am just checking on mail, packages or needing one of their other many services, they are customer focused.

Absolute pleasure to deal with - ordered a new LED sign for our business, they were thorough in their original quote, kept me up to date while it was being built (took about 2 weeks just as what they quoted me), and easily scheduled delivery. Sign looks great and would definitely recommend anyone to use them in the future.

This facility is horrible. Lied and said insurance was $200.00 and it was only $100.00. UPS broke the product. Submitted it for claim and guess what, it was turned down. Will never use this facility or UPS again. Save yourself trouble. Go to the post office or use Fed Ex!
