I dont often write reviews due to time but , i felt this was necessary nearly two months ago my ex went into another sprint store. From their the employee bypassed my security questions was able to turn in and purchase a new phone all on my account, after that they then removed the line from my account also and left me with more then a 600$ phone bill. Leaving me responsible for it all with that being said i tried to work with the same store and got the cold shoulder and simply told to call the 800 number and sprint customer service will handle it all, which was a dead end right away. Beyond frustrated i decide to use this store, right away this store followed all the proper formats to accessing my account and contacting sprint in resolving the issue after a couple visits and multiple phone calls i can gladly say my issue has been resolved thanks to this store and the willingness to help. On that note always pay attention some employees will sell you a phone just to make that commission and do what it takes, even going around security questions and barriers that were in place to prevent this all. I would highly recommend this store and their staff

NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. My phone broke and I needed them to transfer my number to my backup galaxy phone. They told me they needed to have one of their technicians look at it because the first guy didnt know how to do it. They told me it would be about an hour. I stepped out an got some errands done and they told me they would call my wifes phone when it was done. Two hours later still no call. I went back and they said they were still working on it. After another HOUR of "working" on it, I overheard the technician say to to another employee that he was about to start and he had no idea what to do with my phone. So THREE hours later they had not even touched my phone. I asked for my phone back and went to the Sprint store down the road. All they had to do was charge my phone and change the settings. These people have no clue what they are doing and lied to me and wasted my time. This store is not a corporate sprint store and they do not care about the customer.

I purchased a new phone here and have experienced nothing but a headache since. When doing the paperwork for the phone, I stated that I did not want insurance and was told my activation fee was going to be waived. Something which you think would have been a simple process has turned into a 3 month ordeal. Every month I was told that the situation was resolved, yet I kept getting charged for insurance. I worked with one of the managers who was consistently rude to me and lacked customer service skills. She said that they would mail me the rest of the money that I was owed - unfortunately its been over 3 weeks and I still have never received it. It has been a job following up with these people to correct their mistakes and get my bill corrected. I mainly have been corresponding with them via email (since they also have a hard time returning phone calls) and will be contacting corporate about this. I highly DO NOT recommend this Sprint Store.

The staff and manager at this store went above and beyond to get us switched over to sprint. It was very busy when we came in but we were acknowledged by the manager several times & told wed be taken care of. It took a long time for our visit, not their fault, but due to our particular circumstances with porting 2 of the 4 numbers. We were there past closing but 2 others of the staff stayed along with the manager to help keep things going. They were all amazing & patient. Not ever giving us the impression that they were annoyed for having to stay 2 hours past close on a Saturday night. They stayed right on top of things and made sure everything was flawless before we left the store. They offered us water & even shared the pizza they ordered for themselves. I highly recommend this store for anyone considering switching to Sprint. Dont deal with anyone on the Internet or phone. Come here. These guys will take good care of you.

Most amazing customer service and support I have yet to experience at any Sprint location EVER! They all went above and beyond for me to ensure that my needs were met. My issue began at a different location and that other location refused to assist me with resolving and issue THEY created!! This store was so nice and friendly and decided that, because they represent Sprint, it was their job to resolve my issue. Because of their advice, compassion, appreciation of a dedicated customer and support; I have decided to give them all of my future business along with spread the GOOD WORD!! I went to go buy a Samsung galaxy note 7 from this store to replace my broken one that i pre ordered and they told me they couldnt sell me one until the 28th and sent me to the corporate store down the road. When I called them to see if they had the phone because i had to drive 45 minutes and I needed a certain one for the insurance claim, they told me they had them in store and then refused to sell me one. The corporate store was going to sell me one but they didnt have the right color and when I asked the guy to call this store back to see if they would sell me one they hung up on the guy. They didnt want to sell me a phone at full price because they dont make anything off from full priced purchases!

I stopped by to get my screen protector changed, although I had to wait a few moments to be helped it was well worth the wait.. The experienced staff put my glass screen protector on so perfectly! During the few moments I was waiting I saw how well Experienced and helpful each employee was as they were helping others! I would definitely visit that location again not just for a screen protector, their service center is great! I referred a friend to get her phone fixed there! A job well done! Thank you sprint Brighton !! Ill be back for iPhone 7 !!!

Scam artist! They are the worst. Every time I walk in they try and hardcore sell. I bought over $400 of stuff from there and treat me like I owe them a favor. I bought a gorilla screen protector but they didnt have the right size so they gave me on in the mean time till they got ones for my phone in. When I came back they said they never said that. Clearly the one on my phone didnt fit. So they said theyll give me the right one if I paid them. They only care about themselves there. Go to any other store.

I had a great experience here. Though my stay was very long, the employees did everything that they could to find out what was wrong with my phone. They felt bad about how long my wait was, but made sure I was doing okay and didnt just ignore me. Its a laid back environment, but very good and professional work being done! I recommend this Sprint store over any other in the area for sales and service.
