I have been an AT&T customer for over 10 years and this was by far my worst experience ever. I brought my galaxy s4 active in for a simple messaging app problem, The app was full of messages causing my phone to lag out and crash repetitively. I went in and asked for some help with my phone, the lady I spoke to insisted that I buy a new one and immediately began looking at my upgrade status. I told the worker that I was uninterested in upgrading my phone and would just like mine fixed, she said that it must be fully updated for them to work on it. My phone is updated as soon as possible every single time and was updated when I went it. After explaining that it was fully updated she continued to tell me that I should just buy a new phone, she did not check if my phone was updated or try to update it. She then again began to look at my cellular plan and tell me that my family uses a lot of data and that I should drop my unlimited plans and switch to a 15gb share plan. I again for the final time told her I’m not interested in any new products I just want my phone fixed and she proceeded to tell me I should bring my phone to best buy to have it fixed because she wouldn’t work on it unless it was updated, which it currently is. Overall the experience was terrible the worker that handled me was only interested in pushing products and upgrades. ABSOLUTLEY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless you’re in the market to only buy a cell phone

I walked in the Fenton store needing an upgrade and Matt, a sales associate saw me coming up to the door and met me inside, shook my hand and helped me choose a new smart phone and transfer my contacts and show me a little about the phone. I will be going back today because I cannot transfer pictures onto my PC from the old phone and onto the new phone as it just wont work for me. I also am taking my husbands phone to have it looked at and have his info transferred to another flip phone we have as thats what he prefers. Other than learning about how to use my new phone to the best of its ability I am extremely satisfied with the customer service at the Fenton store. I have been with AT&T since 1996, and this is one reason why I choose to stay.

I went in to this location this morning after having two failed attemps of ordering a phone. one online and one over the phone. The sales associate there was fantastic. Her name was Kendall and she was so friendly and attentive to my predicament. I will have no issue going back to this location anytime. Thank you for the fast, friendly and courteous service! Hands down a pleasant experience!

Assistant manager told us we could bundle our package even though we all ready had an existing account with DirecTV. Guess what, you cant. It took 5 days to get it straightened out. It was a big mess. I would not recommend this store to anyone. No one ever called us back we had to call them. Terrible, terrible customer service at the store in Fenton.

It takes a lot for me to write a good review for a place. The customer service needs to be exceptional and this store and team provided it. I came in with certain requirements and they met them perfectly. Great service and friendly staff. Great managment. Keep up the good work guys and we will be back.

Not located there. They also dont answer phone calls. Att service sucks in Fenton. No LTE and even though you are connected to 4g it often doesnt work. Youre better off with Verizon or even sprint.
