Grayson location better get on the track with the lack of product on diamond naturals dog food. They never have the product. This is the second time Ive had to drive to another location in Monroe. Friday 9/8 I had to literally walk out the front door and get the cashier to come do their job and stop talking to the guys running a tent. They were other customers in line as well. This was after I had already let out an ear splitting whistle to get anyones attention to no avail. Seriously store manager.. You are losing business!!! Maybe nobody else is telling you. Watch your CCTV to see what is not happening in our store...ie your associates are NOT taking care of your customers. I for one will not waste any more of my time trying to give you my business!!

This is the third time I been here on Sunday and help seems scarce each time. The parking lot had several carts to dodge in order to park. Lots of lazy customers evidently shop here but no one seemed concerned when I when inside that most carts were in the parking lot. The store seemed in disarray, trash on floor, stock not out. Would suggest the management go to the Monroe store and take note as the Monroe store seems to have their act together. The aisles are clear, store well stocked, and help if you need it.

Great customer service. I was in the store on 8/5/2017 and the assistant manager "Jackie" was phenomenal as was Amber and the cashier Emma. I will definitely return to this location if I have a need for something they carry in the future. The 1/2 drive battery powered impact wrench by Porter Cable was at a great price too! Double satisfaction!!

The cat food they sell is the only brand that my cats dont throw up (Dads). Its also a fun store for this city girl to wonder through and I frequently find myself thinking "well I always wondered where you could buy these things".
