I walked in with the hope my business could get some printing done, with a book project and establish a relationship for many future projects. I was given a business card and I was told to send the file digitally. I sent the file digitally, but didnt hear anything after a week. So, I sent a follow up message the next week and didnt hear anything... so I called, I was told the person to ask wasnt there and that hed call me after he got back from lunch. No call... I was concerned something was up, so I called him up on the phone and was quickly dismissed and told that he was too busy with working the printers and working customer support to address any of my needs and that he would email me later that day. He was extremely short and didnt really give me an opportunity to even say much. Since I used google to find this place, I think it fair that I explain the experience I encountered and the disappointment of wasting my time trying to find a new printer. Maybe the experience was different a couple of years ago. I cant wait 2+ weeks for a quote on one project or be dismissed on the phone if I call.

Unfortunately my experience was very similar to David peoples experience. Walked in, talked to the guys for an hour, they seemed to appreciate the business... Robert was supposed to call me the next day with the proofs for my project... Well, 4 days later (friday) I called and left a voicemail asking for a status around 3PM. No one returned my call up to Monday at 12pm so I sent an email saying I was concerned and asking for a status. Robert finally emailed me at 4Pm saying only "hey Carry. Will have proofs to you this afternoon". He STILL never sent anything or said anything else. Needless to say, after they wasted a week of my time and threw my business away for only God knows what reason, I would never bother talking to them again.

A friend referred me to Heritage Printing and I cannot express how much I appreciate the staffs expert advice, art design and friendliness. The service is fast and they provide a excellence affordable product(s). Another time I needed a last minute print product on a Friday afternoon for a local event after another printer failed to have my printing completed. Not only did Robert, Dave and Tina improve the original design they provided a better quality product tremendously fast and delivered before the 6:00 pm event opening. Thank you for your superior service. I highly recommend and will continue to use Heritage Printing and Quick Copy, Inc.
