I have nothing but wonderful things to say about working with Displayit. Before working with them, we had a terrible experience ordering a new trade show booth from another company, so we were proceeding with the utmost caution this time around. Jack Bierman was our personal Displayologist, and he was delightful to work with. He took the time to listen to my concerns and ensured we would have the positive experience we did. He got the information I requested right over to me after our initial conversation, responded promptly to every call or e-mail I sent him and was an overall joy to work with. Not only was I impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the Displayit team (I worked with Jared Loi a bit as well who was also wonderful), but we are extremely happy with the quality product that was delivered to us. We ordered the 8 Waveline Display and contrary to the last booth we ordered, this product is easy to set up and break down, is extremely light which makes for easy transportation and is very pleasing to the eye. We also were impressed by the tools and instruction that were provided in the package to make for an even easier set up and break down. It was an overall pleasure working with Displayit and I would highly recommend them for your trade show display needs.

The entire team was great. I designed my booth and I thought I did a good job after reviewing your website for tips, as I have had other booths made in years past and I realized how much a disservice I did by having too much on the display. I wanted your design team’s opinion before I pulled the trigger. Neil had Teresa call me and look at what I designed. She could have sold me services, but she was honest and happened to like what I did and said she would not really change anything; which was nice. It showed me the tips on your website were valid, but it also shows what great service you guys have by not charging me for Teresa’s quick review. Ben and Neil turned the project around very quick. I have been watching your tradeshow U videos which I think are very valuable.

From my initial questions being well answered with the chat function you have available (which is AWESOME and everyone should have that!), to the purchase, design, and speedy delivery even though I did not request a rush! Also, we honestly could not be more happy with our display - the graphics look amazing and my team gave me a round of applause for making the final decision to go with this set up and design. DisplayIT rose to the top, showing not only hunger and drive other vendors lacked, but also a level of professionalism and attention to detail that we require to represent the Pentaho brand positively. Over the years weve relied on them, they have always been able to turn projects around very quickly at a more than competitive price. DisplayIT is our vendor of choice and should always be considered when selecting a vendor for event signage / solutions.

We were very impressed with our experience using Display It. I used to work in the Corporate Apparel/Promotional industry and used DisplayIt . When I moved over into full-time missions, I continued using Displayit. We needed a banner quite quickly as well as a table runner and the staff was wonderful about working with us on cutoff times and shipping dates. The quality of the items are great and we received numerous positive comments on the banner when we went to an event last week. This was my first experience with DisplayIt and I was impressed. It was easy to find product and place an order. Email updates kept me aware of my order progress. The item arrived in a timely fashion in perfect condition. This is a great company to do business with. But perhaps the most impressive part of my experience was a hand-written thank-you note from my sales rep thanking me for my purchase. Not many companies go to those extremes any more, but I really appreciate it. I strongly recommend DisplayIt and will use them in the future.

I have had a couple of great experiences with DisplayIt so far. We actually do not use them for the normal trade show needs, but LOVED their designs for Display furniture. Currently their products are at use for our churchs Childrens Ministry as Reception Desk displays in our main lobby that give members more information about, and point them in the direction of, the Childrens Ministry area. Cool designs, vibrant colors, great portability all have made our experience fantastic! We will definitely work with them in the future!
