Went here for first time couple of weekends ago. Store was mostly empty of customers and had one employee working who never asked if we needed help. She ignored us when we approached the counter and was too busy on her tablet to be bothered. The ejuice testers were poorly tended to, most were empty, the sterile drip tip covers were not stocked and all but two batteries for testing were dead, but there were 4 people trying to try juice. Then when the lady was prepping a bottle of juice for us to purchase she used her teeth to remove the nipple and then tried to put the same one back on our bottle, pretty sure that in and of itself would be an FDA violation, and to top it off she seemed perturbed when I asked for a new tip stating that pretty much any bottles she had prepped there that she had to open had been handled in the same manner. Gross!

I bought my first vapor from them about a year ago. I loved the service I had in fact I was always looking forward to the experience. However lately, there has been a new person a younger plus sized girl who is completely rude to me every time I come in. I think the woman that was awesome with me was named Jerri or something to that nature. However lately I have not seen her. After this last visit I have had it with them. I hate to leave this review but they need to get their act together. I have spent tons of money their and even recommended them many times to other people as well. I am just disappointed with the way they have turned out. It kills me to give them such a low review but I can not give them above a two star and that is being friendly.

These people really dont seem to know what they are doing. I called and asked if they had a certain vape liquid in 3mg they told me yes. I went there the same day and they didnt have it. While I was there I bought a coil. Asked for a .5 for my eGo One Mini. Got home to realize they gave me a .2 which doesnt even work in the mini! And whenever I call they dont pick up. I have left multiple messages and have never gotten a call back. Im done with that place.

Just like the rest. They never have my juice or strenghth. Always the same excuse. Then they say that we are suppose to call before coming down there. Really. Call first. Wtf. I guess we will find a new juice and store to buy from. This place is sinking fast. Wont be open much longer. They ran an hour late today and again. Dont have my juice. Complaint over. From very pissed off x-customer. We will take our business and our cash to somebody else.

A Fantastic experience, unlike most vape shops youll find, no product was pushed on you, and sales representatives were knowledgeable about the products you are interested in. Sarah was very pleasant, and took the time to help me find a flavor that I really liked, and the price wasnt through the roof. liquid smoke will definitely be my first stop every time I hit Cartersville.

This is an amazing little shop! Went in the other day and there was a couple of people working and I had went in there for a new tank because mine broke and they had and amazing amount of knowledge about anything I asked. I ended up with a great new tank and I was 100% satisfied with the Coustomer service they provided and I strongly recommend this shop!

The people on here saying how great this vape store is must have some sort of monetary stake in this vape store on main street cartersville or theyre related to these idiots or just stupid, because this is the worst not only vape store, but any kind of store on earth!!!

Poor knowledge of anything, they cant whip up a custom blend of anything worth a hit. If you are new to vaping, do not get suckered into this place. Horrible. Go to vape911 or online websites
