I used to love this place and spent close to 300.00 a week there. I now have been treated really bad by one of the employees Brittany (she used to be very nice) because the owners father yelled at me for carrying in my 2 year old. I was upset with him because I spent so much money there for 2 years & his approach was very harsh!!!! I understood that no one under 18 should be inside but he could have been more polished about how he relayed the message. I was also aggravated because I was one of their best customers & felt really hurt. My child was always carried in & never touched anything. I am now treated like a second class citizen ( I am in there for less than 5 minutes). I did not even bring her in the last time when Brittany was working but she still acted like I was not wanted. Needless to say I feel horrible that a place which used to be a comfort zone has turned against me. I told all my friends/neighbors to go there (these are people that like to spend money in Alpharetta so they should think about what they are doing). Hopefully the store reads the reviews and changes their behavior if I decide to ever go back. The only reason that I would ever step back in there is for something I have purchased for years (if they dont ask me to leave even without my child) It is the only store in my Alpharetta neighborhood that carries the item I normally purchase. I cannot believe I am not wanted in a store for doing nothing wrong and spending a lot of money!

Great people. I was surprised how knowledgeable the staff was. This should be a holistic medicine shop. No synthetic poisons, and no bullshit! AlphaSmoke is a gem in a town full of nothing but your stereotypical franchise nothingness. They have kratom, kanna, dagga, lotus, etc.

If you Kratom is your thing they have a great selection but one girl has a bad problem with giving a much lower amount than what you paid for. Wednesday till Saturday is the best time to go because of their other employee.

Great Kratom selection! Some places dont even sell Kratom anymore. They even have a small selection of adult items. Really nice people.
