DONT GO HERE EVER. Bought a vaporizer. Didnt work. Tried to exchange it. The other one in the counter didnt work either. One lady at the counter was really nice one of the other dudes was a kind of a short, told me I had to deal with the dealer warranty. Heres the thing... THEY PUT THE NON-WORKING vaporizer back on the shelf to sell to another unsuspecting consumer. Shady as hell and bad customer service. Buy it online and save yourself the money.

coolest laid back smoke shop with very knowledgable sales associiates. they carry Roor, Illadelph,MediCali,Delta 9 all the name brand california and foreign blown glass you have been searching for can be located right in that store. they also carry alot of other local glass and clothing they hold the name well... Smoke 911 anything u are looking for they probally will have it.

There is nothing I like about that place. The owner is an idiot, Mike is his name. He treats customers like dirt. He is the biggest most arrogant ass that has ever walked the face of this earth. I hope he goes out of business. Dont shop at any of his stores, I believe there are a lot of illegal practices going on there . And that is my opinion of Mike Madlen.

I went there late one night and spent 100$ on product and one of the workers had her wanna be thug friends try distracting me and stealing from my backpack witch I noticed instinly and pointed it out then they refused to let me see the footage from the night before and also talk to the owner. Im currently working on a case right now

Way better smoke shops around than Smoke 911. These guys are straight assholes. They are condescending and come across as arrogant. I have never met mike (owner) like the post below me but i got the same vibes forsure. No reason to be treated like that. No thanks .

1pm 4/22/2014 : Cashier was a complete idiot that didnt have a clue what customer service was about . Zero smile , he acted like it was a burden to help us. If it was my place of business , I would fire the guy . Will not be back , first impression was everything .

Not the best place to buy e-cig stuff. They advertise it, but I think their focus is on other products. Nice bunch of folks even if they are a bit distracted/spacey. They do sell "7s" e-cig juice and thats why this review is 3 stars and not 2.

Way to rip me off. Bought a vape pen...element didnt heat when I got home and charged it....tried to return it less than 2 hours later...was told I had to go through the warranty...what a dick move...not like I had it a week...
