Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I went in for the first time on Friday 4/22/16 looking for a hookah pipe. The representative (Adam) ignored me for 10 mins while I looked at pipes (only us two in this small store). Not sure of what Im looking for, I even called a friend for a quick pointer and to ask where he bought his at (Adam could hear convo). After being in the store and ignored for so long, I asked him if he was the owner. He looked up and me and replied "Nope, just work here", and put his head back down. I called back today (the following Monday) to speak with a manager, unfortunately I got Adam. He refused to give me the name or information of a manager or owner. Instead, he insisted that I tell him why I wanted the information in the first place. After I told him that I wanted to speak to someone regarding his horrible customer service, he said the following before hanging up on me.. - "Its not my job to hug you and pat you on the back when you come in" - "This isnt Walmart" - "You shouldve addressed me since you had questions" - "Just dont come back" Its funny that my experience is so consistent with so many online reviews, and they still havent gotten the message.. If I could give less than one star, I definitely would. I will not be back.

When a few of my friends and I went in today it was our first time ever going. Going in unsure of what wed find having visited other shops we were VERY pleased. They had a lot of interesting pieces in stock and when we asked about a particular piece the store manager, AdaM, said they were getting a new truck in tomorrow of new stuff. Nice selection also, carrying everything from hookah to rollin tobacco, smoking accessories and pieces we were happy to find a good deal and everything we were looking for. However, if youre lookin for a pack of cigs you should probably stop at the gas station right at the corner first ;) Great smoke shop overall, the reason Quality is only very good is because I havent tested out my things yet. TIP: interesting water pipes, check em out

I have been going to Haven tobacco for years and decided to do a review after seeing the recent string of bad comments against the shop. The manager Adam has always been very good to me, though he does take his business serious. He doesnt allow slang talk in the store or funny business which doesnt bother me one bit. I like that this place is a store, not some hangout. Also, he isnt like the eccentric 20 something year olds at most smoke shops just breathing down your throat to sell a pipe. Bottom line, in Florence there is not any places to get papers, incense, basic smoking needs and this is my one stop shop. Id have a hard time getting into any altercation with this owner, hes about as easygoing as they come, guys.

So glad they finally fired the guy who used to work there. He was so rude and didnt care about the place or customers at all. We went in today because its really he only place close to us and we werent excited. But to our pleasant surprise the owner was working and he was so polite. Theres also way more product and the whole shop looks a lot nicer now. Glad we can start going back there again.

What is the point of posting business hours if you arent open during them? Showed up today over an hour after your posted opening time to find I had wasted my trip I rated them 3 stars because I do like them when they are open.

The owner is so polite and has already learned my boyfriends name. Gave free merchandise after we purchased a lot of items at high price. Very laid back atmosphere and top quality products my smoke erasing candles are the BEST

Change your hours if youre not going to be there and on top of that its by far thee worse customer service... I now drive out to Clifton just so I wont have to deal with a bad vibe from dude...

The shop keeper is always friendly and helpful. Hes very knowledgeable about the products. The prices are reasonable. I have gone to the shop several times and I plan on going back.

Couldnt return a product I bought couple hours earlier in the day. Didnt use it. Guy said "all sales final, I can only exchange". Bad vibe from this place.
