Ive came to this place a few times. Ive always been pretty happy when I left this place. But today is 11/7 its 10:15 am. I entered the place in such a wonderful mood. And I dont know who the girl working was but she totally killed my whole mood. My service from her was so horrible that I dont think Im ever going to return just because she really brought me down. I was never rude at any point in time we never gotten any kind of argument or something. It was just her attitude every question I asked just as a normal customer trying to find the product Im looking for in your store. And it was like all of our stuff high quality and thats the only answer I could get. I have money what if you cant even answer a question without being rude about it and not even smiling. Then why should I spend any money. Thanks for killing my Saturday not going to let it ruin my day but Im definitely not going to return. Maybe somebody of a higher nature up will change my mind but I doubt they care what my opinion is.

Having been in there multiple times I can say that the shop and customer service is excellent! Great selection of hookahs and shisha. Jasmin is always happy and up beat each time Ive been in there and incredibly helpful with all my purchases. I would greatly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a great hookah store that you stop in!

Very professional staff and they know their products very well. The employee named Nigel has been helping me every time I visit the store and has made my experience an awesome one!
