I would not recommend going to this smoke shop. I went in here for the first time a few weeks ago and the attendant acted indifferent and actually burped in my friends face. I purchased a Vision Spinner II battery and after a full charge, it lasted only around an hour. I compared it to a Vision Spinner II my friend bought at Bees Smoke Shop and his lasted around 7 hours on a full charge. I went and asked for an exchange, and the charged me 10$ to recieve another one. I had the same issue and went back and exchanged again. The third battery I received is still not lasting as long as it should. I can definitely say I will not come to Cloud 9 again and would never suggest it to someone.

Let me tell everyone something about this place. I live right by here and EVERYONE that I have come across has been nothing but amazing. They have been nothing but sweet and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. We come here about 4 times a month to get Shisha tobacco and they surprise us every time. They had Ugly! Alchemist! Omg which is sooo good. Dark mist [which they constantly stay out of and its soo amazing!!!!] They use to carry Alfaukers special blends but dont anymore :( BUT Other than that, this is a great place! If you enjoy more hookah stuff check out their Hookah Lounge in Kennesaw, Ga... Skyline Lounge <3 i love it!! We are regulars there haha

Made my first purchase here on 7/2/2016. This place is ok. Their card machine was down so I had to go find an atm for cash but hey, this type of thing happens so no big deal I guess. There was, however, a guy in the store (not sure if he worked there or just a regular customer) that made me feel a bit uncomfortable by continuously staring at me. He gave a bit of input as he listened in on my purchase, which is cool, but he seemed like he had never seen anyone "like me" before lol. It was a bit creepy. There are still 2 other vape shops near me that Ill have to check out before I decide whether Cloud 9 will be my primary source for juice.

They sold me fake or knock off products and assured me that they were name brand. The associate told me some bogus lie as to why they were in unmarked packaging. It wasnt until I went back to buy replacement parts that I figured it out. Also the quality is horrible my product is falling apart. When I have gone in the staff has little knowledge about products and acts like that are bothered by questions... I will make the trip to other places from now on. These people are liars and wont get another penny from me...

Went yesterday to the cloud9 in canton. Ive been going since it opened and it only gets better each time. Great guys working in there didnt catch their names one guy was taller with short dark hair the other was shorter with long blonde hair.they were Very helpful and knowledgeable and everything was wrapped up nicely. And to my surprise when I got home I got a little goody bag of free items. I always love free stuff haha Great experience over all

Came into this location with a few problems I was having with one of my old vapes. Karim not only insisted on providing the help that I needed. He quickly found the route to the problem I was having, and provided phenomenal service! He gave me an extra coil and also filled my tank with a flavorful custom Cloud 9 flavor!! Beautiful customer service, would refer anyone to visit any of the Cloud 9 locations! Always my GO-TO smoke shop of choice!!!

Love this place! Paul was amazing at helping us find what we were looking for. Everytime we come in to Cloud 9 WE NEVER HAVE A BAD EXPIERENCE! ITS ALWAYS GREAT! customer service is right on the dot, couldnt ask for a better smoke shop to have in Canton. This is the only one we go to now. I loved my experience. I walked in here not sure what vape I wanted to purchase, but was soon aided in the choosing of my vape and vape juice. The clerks knew what they were talking about! 10/10 will come back again!!!!!!!!!

I have never been to this shop,but received some juice from a friend. The juice contains alcohal, not only that another substance that i am allergic to, that no other e juice contains. Dont go here!!dont smoke the juice!!
