I am an African American female who was discriminated against by the store clerk (a male) at this location. The first time I shopped at this store I was able to use my credit card during the transaction. I came back a week later and the store clerk claim they no longer accept credit cards only debit cards or cash. I ask why they no longer accept credit cards and to my surprise the store clerk became very rude and irate. He refused to answer any of my questions in regards to why the store no longer take credit cards. The store clerk stated that because of you people (in other words the black race) he doesnt owe me an explanation and to just get the hell out.of his store. Hes a racist with no clue or customer service skills. I advise people not shop at this store due to such a racist comment.

I purchase a butane lighter from this store. The screw came out of the bottom 2 days after I purchased it. I went to see about exchanging the lighter out. I was told that I could not even though I have my receipt. I was told that I would have to comeback when the owner was in. All I wanted was to swap it out. The clerk said that it was against store policy. Dont purchase merchandise from this store because if it faulty they will not exchange it out. The excuse was that we are a small store and we lose profit if he was to exchange it out. The guy at the register refuse to get the owner on the phone. I will not be purchasing anything else from this store.

I also had a problem with the clerk at the store. To this day I dont know why he got as agitated as he did, but he started yelling to get out of his store and actually called the POLICE because I didnt leave the parking lot fast enough!The man is not rude, hes crazy. My advice is to steer as far away from the place as possible.

That review is biased and unfair." You people" is a blanket term that does not infer the african race in any way. To that african female; are you sure you are not the racist one in this example, check yourself. The proprietor simply has the right not to accept credit cards, and you have NO right to demand he does. So step off.

In previous reviews people mention a racist employee-almost 2 years ago. As of today, the 2 guys that work there are very nice, so he must be gone. I go there almost every other day for cigarettes and the gentlemen there are wonderful. Also, it seems smokes here are cheaper than any gas station or food store.

Great prices friendly guy that works there always says hello and is very helpful. I love this place! Really good selection of tobacco too. And its not stale like some other places nearby.

The new employee is a idiot rude and crass to everyone with no matter age, sex, creed, or color. Save the hassle and go to qt or kroger 1/2 mile up south cobb either way.

Make sure u get a recipt. And pay attn to random purchase. They will charge for expensive and give u cheap. Very unfriendly with new owner/manager
