Ive seen Tobacco Worlds billboard on I 75 for some time now and wanted to stop in. I googled for the address and stumbled upon these terrible ratings. Honestly, I ALMOST didnt waste my time because of the ratings but decided that I would see for myself. I went in today and was immediately greeted by a tall man with a shaved head. This may have been the infamous owner but I dont know for sure. He was extremely helpful and allowed me to look around. I asked a couple of questions about variety packs etc and he was very helpful. I then stumbled upon a Fuente variety pack put together by TW and couldnt believe the price. It included 5 cigars (Fuente Anejo, Fuente Gran Reserva, El Baton, Montesino aaaand a small Fuente Fuente Opus X!!!) I couldnt believe the price was only $50!!! He rang me up along with some humidor solution and I was on my way. Once I got home I did a little research online and found that my 5 cigars were selling for $80-$90 plus shipping!!! I will definitely be back and will update my review again. I think the previous negative reviews were a calculated attack by one upset customer with an isolated incident. Shop with confidence at the best selection around. Way to go TB!!!

This place is the real deal. From the moment you walk in the door it becomes obvious - the exquisite care and detail in the world of cigars. The largest humidor in Georgia is by no accident. The caring and expertise is obvious. Its in the taste, the smoke, the essence of the finer forces of nature rolled into a a package of pure pleasure. No dried tobacco, no junk fakes. It takes special concern / diligence and intelligence to weed out the impostors and attend to such detail on these works of nature. The clerks are as different as the products. They let you be so that you are free - without persuasion, opinion etc., to see for yourself what fits your needs. Ultimately this is how to find the right smoke for you. The selection is fantastic and the prices are reasonable And if you want some real conversation with some great people just sit back and relax. Places like this are rare to find.

I found the Store, Staff and Customers FANTASTIC!!!. I was visiting Atlanta for a week from Austria, Tobacco World was recomended to me by another Cigar Shop...that says a lot about their reputation. Their selection was out of this world, the Cigar presentation was well thought out and laid out, the Prices were good and the Staff was Excellent. Manny was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful (and he knows where to get good BBQ and Chili Dogs). I spent 8 days in the shop from about noon untill closing time, smoked about 4-5 CIgars a day, these guys MADE my vacation. I cant understand all the negative comments. The Lounge is great, big Leather Sofas and Recliners, plenty of Ashtrays that are cleaned frequently, big screen TV, and a great regular crowd. I felt like I was at Home... If your in Atlanta, make the drive, its worth it...Thanks Guys, it was a lot of fun.

These people need to wake up and smell something other than cigar smoke. It is NOT that serious. Get a life! I went in with my Aunt who wanted to buy a box of cigars for a neighbor who had helped her out. She explained what he liked and that it was a gift and the person who helped us had a couldnt be bothered attitude. He mentioned that if she was buying a swisher sweet then she would have to go elsewhere. He also refused to give any recommendations. You could absolutely tell he was trying very hard to have a snob approach. He awkwardly mentioned that they were one of the largest humidors around. It was very obvious all he wanted to do was sit in his chair and watch the large tv on the wall while smoking his cigar. How do these ppl stay in business? My suggestion to the employee at this location: If you want to feel exclusive - join a gym.

So I just left from this place I seen that they werent open until noon so I waited out in my wifes car UNTILL after 12 noon and went into the door and noticed 3 gentlemen siting and I was told that they where closed and I said to the one man who was doing all of the taking I just came to buy a few Rakes and his words where so were still closed. Idk why but ok and I left I try to spend my money with people who are friendly but I guess I wasnt the right color and maybe I wasnt welcome but I will never give them the chance to get a dime from me or any of my friends who smoke cigars. This was the wrong place please forgive me I spoke with the manager at this location his name is Shaun and he explained to me that I was speaking about the cigar shop thats down the street from them. Thank you Shaun I hope to meet you on Tuesday or Wednesday

While their selection is top notch. The service is atrocious. I have been in several times and always had a poor experience. The last time I was in, one employee was cursing another employee out. I looked over this as I was attempting to purchase two cigars for my girlfriends father. I was going to ask him for his blessing to marry his daughter. He loves cigars so I figured I would get a few. Asking for help, one employee told me to ask someone else. I asked another man, who was rolling a chair around the humidor for some help. Apparently I was bothering him as he did not even look up at and told me that they have plenty of good cigars. Their prices are not bad, but I will not spend anymore money in that place. I would/will pay a few more cents for decent customer service.

Im betting these one-star reviews are by the same 1-2 people. I have been shopping here for about 5 years and never witnessed anything like what others have stated. Sure, the guys may not be over-the-top friendly, but they are nice enough and always ask me if they can be of assistance. Prices are competitive and the selection is excellent. They throw some great parties and events every year, with lots of freebies, too. How many other smoke shops do that? I havent found another smoke shop in metro-Atlanta that comes close. I plan to shop here for years to come.

I have been here a few times and every time I go there the owner is a complete ,,,rhymes with brick. He really doesnt care about customer service whatsoever as he patently tells others,,,he doesnt care. If you dont like how he treats you go somewhere else. There are other places that will give cigar smokers the service you deserve and wont be dropping F-bombs on you while you ask questions. This guy deserves to lose this business and be driven out of town on a rail. I also would give this place a negative rating if it was available.

Tobacco world is the only place I have ever found that meets every cigar need I can dream of . Welcoming atmosphere and a selection that rivals anything Ive ever seen . The owner " red " will jump up and help you find what you want and then take it a step further and open you up to a world of cigars that will never ever dissapoint you . If you want the ultimate cigar experience ..... Stop Im and check it out . Red and paulie will make it worth your while for sure . Tobacco world is definitely the place to be . TRUST ME !!!!
