I liked this place until i decided it was time to upgrade my vape. I picked up a SMOK Xpro M65 and a new tank and have had nothing but issue with what I was sold. First the sales rep forgot to give me a battery with the SMOK M65, so I had to return as soon as I unwrapped the package. Next after about 7-10 days I began having issues with the battery not holding a charge and not producing the advertised wattage, or the minimum wattage required by the atomizer in the Aspire Atlantis 2, upon arrival to the shop I was told this was a known issue and that the problem is the battery is the incorrect design for my unit and that if I came back in a week or so, they would have the correct batteries in stock. 2 weeks passed without being able to use my equipment, when I returned to the store the sales associate changed out the battery and all was good for 2 days when my SMOK m65 started acting up. As Im in the middle of vaping the M65 started heating up to the point that I had to drop the unit to avoid being burned, I unscrewed the tank and the unit kept getting hotter and hotter until I screwed the cover plate and removed the battery. Back to the store I go, This time I had the pleasure of dealing with the "manager" to which he made an attempt to swap out the battery, but the unit kept heating up without any use. Next I was told that I was going to have to send my unit back to the manufacture for warranty after less than 1 month has passed and that the store doesnt do any refunds of exchanges, even under extenuating circumstances such as defective merchandise, I was also made aware of the return policy at Best Buy by said manager for some reason. As it Im out $75 and have no vape to use, but I do have about 3 other vape store with in same radius from me, so I will be finding a store that stands behind the products they sell.

I will never go back there. I bought a clock and it didnt work. When I called the employee who sold it to me he told me, in a rude manner, I could come back and exchange it. I brought it back and the same employee looked at and told me he could give me store credit. I said thats fine I want the same one, but one that works. He told me he was out of that one, but I pointed out four of them on the shelf. He then told me he couldnt do it because the clock I brought back smelled like weed and they he couldnt sell it. He continued to down talk me as I tried to explain that I bought yesterday and never used it and regardless if it did or did not smell like weed, it didnt work, there for he couldnt resale it anyways. He then kicked me out of the store cuz I continued to argue with him. He was absolutely terrible. I cant remember his name but he was Indian and had shaggy greasy curls, you cant miss him.

The juice is ok, but Im pretty sure I was sold cloned coils. I should have known 5 coils for $15 was too good to be true for an aspire tank, but hey gotta go for a good deal. This ended up costing me money in the end though because all the juice leaked out of the tank only 1 of the 5 coils actually held juice, and it didnt even fire consistently. Its not ok to mislead people who shop with you. If your product is cheaper because its not authentic that should be made known, Im not even going as far as saying i wouldnt buy a cloned product I would just not have bought 5 initially, I would have tried them out first. Smh at cloud 9 I wont shop there again.

Ive had problems with there "quartz" so Id steer clear of that but I got a torch from them and it didnt work but one out of twenty tries I sent an employee back with it to try and exchange for a working one they told him they couldnt help him I then had to call and argue about it to get them to exchange it no longer than thirty minutes after I paid full price they are going to try and fix it but I should not have had to go deal with any of this after I pay fifteen bucks over retail for a torch and after this and the "quatz" debacle I doubt Ill be shoping there again

I walked with an unusual problem to solve and wasnt even really sure what I wanted. I explained to the sales guy (sorry, forgot name) what my needs were and he instantly knew which product to recommend. I was sold instantly but he still took time out to give me the whole tour and browse. He definitely knew his product and had an answer for every question. He even threw in a free bottle of glass cleaner at no charge. Best store experience Ive had in Atlanta and wont go anywhere else.

I went about 4 months ago and one the cashiers was extremely friendly and helpful. He also added in some small essentials to my purchase for an extremely discounted price. The employee was not pushy about buying extra stuff I didnt need. After 4 months, I have been completely satisfied with the product the employee recommended. The selection is huge and they also have vape juice and mods, as well as a large glass inventory. By far the best head shop in the Smyrna area.

Do not go to this place. I bought a kanger subvod from this location and it was leaking the next day. Instead if replacing the damaged product they offered to sell me one at half price. After I kept calling complaining the dope head manager told me he was gonna call the cops because im calling asking for a replacement. Sub par products. No refund should let you know what type of business you are dealing with. Stay away from this place it is a complete scam.

Worst place ever. Spent $1200 over a month, got to know the employees. After dishing out $400 on a defective rig - I remained faithful to the store, because they didnt blow the glass so its not their fault right? Proceeded to buy an unusable can of butane w/o a spray nozzle, tried to return it & was told there is a no return policy. They lost someone who gave them $1200 over a $10 bottle of butane. HORRIBLE.

I knew once I walked in, i was home, great selection on ejuice, my personal favorite is the toucan Sammy good morning flavor and the cloud 9 galactic mojito, also they have a hugex probably the best selection on glaas in the south, no one in the Atlanta area is messing with them, not even lil 5 point "heady shop", a very good selection on hookah as well, deff found my shop in the Atlanta area!

I stopped in while visiting from North Carolina and I mean this place rocks! I mean the customer service could not have been better i mean i really felt like I was among friends!!! these people are patient, informative and they even worked with me on the price which is not ordinary with most vape shops. Dude the juices are great why wouldnt you come here?????

Sold me a bottle of vape juice that tasted like it was laced with a chemical. Then went on to exchange it for another "premium" bottle of juice that tasted the exact same way. Their service was spotty and they didnt seem to want to help out my problem very much. I would not recommend shopping here for vape juice. Check out their other products.
