I cant even give this dump one star on my review. I honestly dont even know why I waste my time with this review, thats how disappointing this place is as a smoke shop. I, however, feel obligated to help anyone who is looking to spend their hard earned money and direct them away from this store. They do not care about their customers and they arent interested in your business... they only want your money. The staff might as well be the annoying gossiping group of pre-teens that linger outside the doors because theyre not old enough to enter. Even despite their incredible lack of knowledge, theyre condescending, arrogant and seriously lack intellect. On top of that, the majority of the time, they will act extremely bothered when you inquire about even the most expensive pieces. They have a weak selection of quality glassware and an over stock of cheap glass and those age-old, generic and nasty-tasting plastic water pipes. Not to mention that everything in the store is over-priced. Even the synthetic urine that they up-sell has cost me two jobs! Their magazine collection consists of one super-out-of-date Cannibus Culture and three copies of last years High Times Annual Grow Guide. The only thing I can say isnt disappointing, is the selection of grinders. Its pretty simple: repulsive customer service + garbage products = bad business. If you are looking to spend your money on quality glassware at a shop where they are friendly, knowledgeable and mature, take yourself on that longer-than it-seems treck out to Unique Boutique in Goshen.

Very poor experience with this place just today. You call and you ask a general question about a product and you dont get the correct answer. The girls in the store are obviously too caught up with socializing with one another to hang up the phone correctly.. which caused the person to overhear rude conversation about them.. and their question.. that should not have taken place and should not have been overheard. Very very poor experience obviously whatever money was going to be spent there will go elsewhere since they cant answer a question or hang up the phone correctly when they want to be rude about the person who just called. Unbelievably poor customer service, and again if youre going to say disparaging things about the person who just called.. asking a general question.. be smart enough to hang up the phone first.

I LOVE this store! The staff is great and really helpful. I went for incense, had no idea what I was looking for, and they all jumped up to help. Terminology is strict and customer behavior is even stricter. But it makes for a clean shop and you dont feel like youre gunna get robbed just standing around. Will be back again and again.

shop has a lot of variety. un-like everyone else i was very satisfied with the people working their. If they ignored you its more then likely because youre useing inproper terminology and it can get them in trouble. They were very helpful and every piece i asked about they could tell me almost everything about it.

From the second I walked in I was greeted with a smile and guidance to what I needed. The guy showed me amazing deals and I couldnt leave without buying a whole new water pipe. Staff was friendly, prices were great, and as always I will be back. Ive been going here for 15 years and its better than ever.

Employees are rude and disingenuous. Employees kids were running around the store screaming and knocking things over. Place is completely overpriced AND DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Better to go to the 2 places on short vine just up the street.

Every single time Ive been in there the staff was really nice and helpful. They have got some really crazy and cool stock, too. I was asked by many workers if I needed help. I will go back.

Overall, a cool store. Not overpriced, but still not cheap like Elite. Not as much of a selection as the cupboard. The staff is sometimes really friendly and sometimes not.
