Update** Spoke with an owner (Wanda) very helpful and understanding. Will exchange battery. Thanks again Wanda. Totally agree "miky"!!!! Both the Harrison and Lawrenceburg stores...suck. The employees are tooo young and dont know anything about what they are selling. And you can forget about warranties. They do not stand behind their products. I contacted the manufacture for a defective battery, that started having issues just after 2 months, vendor told me that the battery has a 1 year warranty. Directed to return to store for exchange. Was denied by store... told that was normal (vendor recommend exchange) store only gives 30 day warranty.

They dont have a selection of juice thats as good as other places they dont carry anything in 1.5 and I bought juice today the label said it was made in 2015 2 years is way too long to have it sit on the shelf Ive gotten this juice plenty of times at other places and from this place it was just awful and its way too over priced

Great customer service! Shop is always clean and never smoke filled like other vape stores I have been to. Rueben is always extremely helpful, fixed my vape with no problem. Best vape store I have been to thus far!!! Owners are also great they put themselves right next to their employees. Good business practice.

I dont smoke but I had an excellent experience going in here with my girlfriend. I would love to eventually get her off cigarettes and Studio Vapes had great selection of products to choose from. I may even get one of the non-nicotine versions they have since they have so many flavors to choose from

Studio Vapes is a great place to vape and try new juice. Very close to home for me! Plenty of juices to chose from and new stuff every time I go to the store. Shout out to Wanda for helping me pick the best flavor. Great atmosphere, great staff, I will keep on coming back!
