These folx absolutely do not pay attention to cigarette roller customers and their stock (Zen light 100s tubes). My husband and I try to buy local from local murchants but when we are constantly ignored were going to to buy from amazon and get cheaper and on time. JUST MOVED TO THE AREA 4 MONTHS AGO, FOR THE LAST THREE WEEKS I HAVE BEEN TOLD THE CIGARS I LIKE HAVE BEEN ORDERED, PERDOMO FRISCO, AS OF TODAY THEY STILL NOT HAVE GOTTEN THEM IN. VERY DISAPPOINTING. The staff here is very rude and unprofessional. I have heard other people say the same thing, but unfortunately, I had to go experience it for myself. Go to the cigar place on Stewart Mill Road or if there are any others in Douglasville. This one is awful.

Been shopping here for years through name changes and ownership changes. The current management and owners are great and personable. The staff is great too! Very helpful. Ive been to many shops in the Metro Atl area and the Box is the best out of them all!
