Its clean, the people are friendly, they have a good selection of items, and the prices are reasonable. They seem to have an inordinate amount of trouble with the POS system. Every time Im in there they have to reboot the register, and God help you if they try to order something they dont have in stock. They get out an iPad and and walk you thru signing up for the website. I would advise you to not do this, because its much easier to do it at home on a personal computer. Its also not wise to be entering credentials to private accounts on a device that isnt controlled by either yourself or someone you trust. TL;DR they usually have what I need and its quick to get in and get out.

Ive gone to this location several different times in the afternoon on different days for a simple puppy bath and nail clipping, everytime Ive gone the employee left early! There hours are open till 6pm! I arrived at 5:11 and the employee was gone! When I asked the employee at the register for the manager, employee stated that the grooming department is allowed to leave when theyd like so as long as they have no dogs! This is ridiculous! Email me an application so I can apply, because I need I job I can leave when ever Id like! There werent any manager business cards available either!

I went to this location and there were only two employees working; one at the cash register and one walking around with a customer. I was there for an hour waiting for assistance and was not even acknowledged. Neither associate said hello, or said something along the lines of Im with a customer but Ill help you when Im done. Really bad customer service to not even greet a customer or acknowledge them at all.

*UPDATE* my sons guinea pig died 3 months after purchase from an apparent respiratory infection. Store wouldnt do anything. This was extremely hard for my 8 year old. NEVER BUY ANIMALS OR FISH FROM THESE BIG CHAIN STORES! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable workers. Bought a female guinea pig for my son at 75% off because she was outgrowing the store habitat.

We always have fun shopping at Petco, just off of Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach, Florida. We (my wife and I) have never had an issue that was not resolved by Petco once the issue was presented to them. I wish there was a way to give a higher rating, but I gave the best that I could.

My first time in this Petco and I was surprised to see how well all the animals were being taken care of. The cages were all very clean, not over crowded. Food and water was fresh. Pretty good selection of toys and supplies! Really great store!

Honestly, the staff ignored me. They looked right at me and the second I jestered for helped they turned and avoided me. Thats not the worst of it. The animals were kept in horrible conditions. Too many in one cage, some half dead, etc.

I took my dog to get his nails trimmed, I was upsold on a brush out and an ear cleaning. The groomer was very friendly and knew what he was doing.
