Grooming Nightmare! I have a teacup poodle who came home with cuts all over, especially on his knuckles after two attempts to try Petsmart grooming out. He is now afraid to let you touch his feet and working with another groomer who is re-gaining his confidence. The groomers at Petsmart are young and inexperienced, they never followed directions and cut too short. They brushed off my complaints and then they had the audacity to request me allow them to train others with my pet! I deeply regret giving them the second chance to prove the first incident was a fluke. BEWARE!

I took my puppy there for grooming. When i got home i realized that my puppy has cuts on his belly he has one big cut that even has scabes. So i called petsmart to file a complain and i was put on hold so i called again and talked to Mike . After he heard me out, guess what , he hung up on me. So please think twice about taking your pet there for grooming, these people are not professional they dont care what happens to your pet.there are lots of other places. That will care and be professional with love with your pets

When I first came in I was a little frustrated because the cashier didnt seem to know much. Then the next lady I talked to you I wish I got her name was very knowledgeable. She took her time and walk down each Isle with me explaining what my new puppy would need. She made great suggestions and they were not always the most expensive and she explain why some products work better than others. I am big on customer service and the second cashier nailed it out of the park.

The groomers were very friendly and nice. But my puppy has been sick since the day I took her to this location. Not wanting to point fingers but very possible she caught something from this grooming location. Not going to bring her back. Even though the groomers were nice, seeing my puppy sick and miserable and having to see the vet multiple times makes this review 2 stars.

How can I describe my experience? AMAZING! Vince is such a wonderful help with anything I ever need, he is knowledgeable and kind and makes everything so much easier when I comes to shopping for my pet. Tropical fish were found to be in excellent condition as compared to the Petsmart located in the Aventura area. The fish were free from Ick and shimmies. Anyone who knows tropical fish will know exactly what I am speaking of. There were some fish that were advertised on their website that were not reduced and properly marked down in the Oakwood Plaza store.

Absolutely no one in their fish deparment was knowledgeable nor useful. When I went the staff bagged my fish in such a small amount of water that most of them died before i got home, and they did not bag enough air or enough water in with the fish. They have no idea what theyre doing, and cant even tell ENHEIM brand from the Cascade series.

Stephanie and Danielle are the super squad over in the grooming salon! They are hands-down the best with animals, honest and fair. Thats very hard to come by in a grooming salon. The store it self is clean, well lit and the employees are happy to help, they dont run when they see you coming.

We took our miniature schnauzer in for a haircut and they landed up completely shaving him down, even his face. The worst place ever, I would have refused to pay but my wife picked him up. They still charged for a schnauzer cut too. The worst!!!

Every time I go there the staff is extremely rude including the managers. They dont know anything about the products and cant answer any questions without rolling their eyes. The only reason I go to this location is because its close.
