They are listed as a supplier of Honest Kitchen pet food. They didnt have the treats I was looking for, so I purchased something else. This is a 30 minute drive for me. I have a dog that only gets 120 calories a day to keep her from getting fat, which prevents diabetes and cancer, yes I actually care unlike people who buy crap food for their dogs. The treats I bought were stale, so I went to exchange them without a receipt. Im happy to just exchange for something I want. So I was looking for the Honest Kitchen treats and couldnt find them so I asked a young man stocking bags of food. He pointed me towards another aisle and said "They MIGHT be there." I said, "How about you find out where they ACTUALLY are." He was in shock like a deer in the headlights. I can wander the store myself, as I had already for ten minutes, HENCE why I asked for the help. He needed to be told to ask someone who would know and has zero common sense. Nice hire Pets Plus. He returns with the proper information and the Honest Kitchen food is sort of behind a cardboard display so no wonder I passed it several times. Weeks later they still dont have the specific treats I want so I get an alternative. If youre thinking Im a pain in the butt, I have a small dog and she can only eat small treats with her small mouth and teeth. Some treats are 90 calories each so one treat wipes out her entire days worth of food. The box of treats I chose was half the price of those I am returning. They will only give me my money on a gift card, which I never intend to use, since they dont properly stock what I want and its a 30 minute drive. I went back to get another box of the new treats I chose, but they dont have any more. I tried very hard to try to spend the other $7 since most dog food is garbage but there was nothing else I wanted. I told them I never intend to return and ask if I can just have my $7. No. Theyd rather piss me off than just give me back $7 stupid dollars. I can afford to throw away $7. They can afford a bad review online about their bad service and poorly stocked store.

Staff and management are extremely friendly and helpful. They know their customers by name and provide a welcoming environment. Every Saturday they host Adopt a Cat Foundation, a nonprofit cat rescue shelter, by allowing the organization to feature and adopt out homeless cats. Also, Pet Supplies Plus has the best prices.

There is no better place to buy pet food than here. the selections are endless with all diets and needs in stock. The staff will help you with your vets recommendations and your fur babies needs. Keep the receipt because if things dont work out, they will happily exchange and work with you until your pet is a happy eater!

Bought 3 fish from here and the one worker gave me one price and then the other gave me a different one. Then to top it off the 3 fish we got gave all the other fish something nasty and killed all of them.
