I come here to pick up supplies for my cat. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is always a gentleman there who goes above and beyond to help. They have a wide variety of cat foods to choose from if you have a picky cat like I do! I never really look into the other departments. To get into the place it can be a bit confusing, just make sure to put your blinker on so nobody hits you!

Very poor customer service over the phone and in person! The store clerk hung up the telephone twice when I called to check if they carry a particular item and the pricing. On any given day when I go to pay for items in that particular store, the cashiers are almost always unprofessional, chit chatting with each other while ignoring a paying customer standing there infront of them.

Unlike other pet stores in the area, this one offers a great selection of items for all sorts of pets (especially guinea pigs, the reason for my visit.) They had a few hard to find items that even other pets supermarkets didnt carry. Parking is easy and the staff is friendly, although the inside does look a tad bit messy with crates and pallets of pet items.

I go here for all my pet needs the staff is very helpful its an enjoyable experience theyre always there to help get what you need. The only thing I dont like is the prices are going up on certain things and they say that most customers dont realize it because theyre not long-term customers like I am

You dont want to go here. Im here on a sunny Sunday afternoon and a car was broken into in broad daylight. The people that work here are not informed, and its all very run-of-the-mill. There are better options in the area, especially if youre looking for aquatic or reptile supplies.

Excellent pricing and a great love for animals - they assist in the adoption of cats and kittens and other animals in need. They collect donations and have excellent customer service. I wish they had a store closer to me but I will drive to sunrise to use there services for now.

The service is really bad. I went in for fish. There were a lot of people working there hanging out by the cash registers gossiping. Eventually I just left without any fish. No one is willing to actually work at the store. The manager was there and is probably the problem.
