I brought me Tee cup shitzhu in for grooming like I usually do. However, there was a newer employee that I hadnt seen before check me in and take my dog. I receive a phone call a few hours later telling me I have to come in and get my dog because something happened and they dont know what. So I go to the store and they tell me that my dog "may have had a seizure". May have? Right there I knew something was up. The guy seemed wry nervous about the situation rather than concerned. He states the dog "flipped or something, hes not sure" at the time I didnt think much of it I was just concerned about my dog. However, both employees were acting quite strange in retrospect. When I walked in the back she was shivering wet on top of the sink. So youre telling me my dog had a seizure and youre going to keep her on the top of the sink instead of holding her, drying her off or at least keeping on the ground in case she had another seizure. What an efffing joke! My dog had no problems at the time, shes perfectly healthy, but she was an older dog. Thinking back now after many months, maybe its been almost a year now, Ive come to realize that it definitely was not a seizure. I am in the medical field, so I have some experience with humans in regards to seizures and brain injuries, etc. Shes never had another episode "seizure" from what they were explaining. My best guess is that they dropped her on the floor and she had a head injury. When I think back the employees were just so nervous and had no explanation really about the situation. It really gets me angry that I didnt do more at the time, but I was really just concerned about my dog. Over time, my dog has recovered to some degree. Like I said before, shes never had any type of episode anything near that look anything like a seizure. Unfortunately, shes never been the same either. Just beware, that things can happen unbeknownst to you and there are dishonest people out there. I am 100% certain that my dog was dropped. It was probably an accident, but I wish the employees wouldve been more truthful about the situation.

Have had a severely thin baby bearded dragon up for sale for at least a week now. Looks super lathargic in the enclosure, almost never opens its eyes and is always in the same spot day after day. How has this animal not been taken out to be healed? He does not look to be in good shape at all, should not be up for sale with the other beardies. Not to mention they house their reptiles on sand which is dangerous for baby dragons (and calcium sand is no exception) animals also always look dusty and gray cause of the sand. I dont understand why they dont just used carpet? So much cleaner and does not harbor bacteria in a loose substrate that the poor babies might accidentally lick or eat (which can lead to potential impaction) Other then that I have always found at least one fish in a tank that looks dead (not moving at all, is at the bottom or stuck somewhere and looks like its growing algae, normally its a gold fish)

They dont take good care of there animals or give out the right info they have a ball python that is around 1 foot in length and is only a nickle size around I over heard a lady that said that neon tetras need to be in groups of three but they need at least 5 because they are schooling fish i bought 3 cory catfish only to have them die on the way to the register i hate this place dont support them and shop somewhere else I have experience in all sorts of snakes fish mammels rodents and reptiles

clean overall. only two employees that I saw. but animals in good shape. but small selection overall. corporate needs to pay closer attention get people pumped about this store. it sits in a mall. but the employee greeted me when I walked in and said have a nice day when I left.
