The store is always clean. They have a large selection of cat & bird supplies (which is what I shop here for). The staff are friendly & helpful. My cats love when I come home with new toys, and they have a wide variety to chose from. Ive also purchased a cat tree from here and it was very reasonably priced. My birds love toys that make noise, and with those guys you constantly have to keep them entertained. I have peeked into their fish supplies and fish area because I do also have a fish tank. Nothing too exciting and I have not purchased any fish related supplies from them.

Good customer service, management is professional and knowledgable, They are friendly almost to the point of painful LOL. Yes, the parking situation often sucks but it is the nature of "strip" configuration of retail business here. I HIGHLY recommend this store and will shop there as long as I own pets (ie, they will outlive me!). It is MY store now!

took my dog for grooming for the first time ever since she doesnt like other people or dogs, but Monica was AMAZING. my dog never looked so nice. I was afraid that someone would cut her like ive read in other grooming places but I was happy to see that she was perfectly fine when I picked her up. SO happy now

i loved taking my dogs to petsmart until they let go of my groomer Darryl the other groomers were not as knowledgeable and my dogs never looked as good untill darryl started grooming them i had followed him from the lauderhill store and thank god i found him again at chateaux poochie in pompano.

Customer service is not as good as it used to be before, registers always with one person and employees hardly make eye contact with customers when they ring the sale! Previously, used to be my favorite store, now is just the convenience of being close.

Went to this location for in store pick up for an online order. The store was extremely busy and I had to wait longer than anticipated. Other than that, no complaints.

Giant Store. This store is so big, This is where I got pictures of Santa clause holding my cat. Nice people, so gentle, they calmed and soothed the little baby

Always a great place, especially to bring your pet. They even keep clean up bags outside and inside just in case your little four legged friends make a mess.
