I went this am to buy some reptile food. I whispered to a clerk (walking away) if I could get some assistance (this is my first time in the store) and told her what I wanted. She said she did not know so she walked me to another clerk in the fish section. That clerk also said she did not know and said we needed to find a manager. While they were doing that, I found the food I wanted. When I checked out, I noticed a sign mentioning a dog adoption period. I asked the check out clerk (not either of the first 2) when there might be one, and she said she did not know. She asked someone nearby and that person provided the information.

My son was buying his first hamster, the staff really made it a pleasure and took the time to teach him how to handle the animal as well as care for it. If youre looking for customer service in your pet shopping experience this is the place.

Fairly clean. Groomers are usually playing on their phones. One of them she has face piercings and green colored hair I over heard complaining about some of the customers. The cashier staff are very pleasant tho.

They have just about everything you need for your pet. The pricing isnt always the best but the staff is knowledgable and helpful.
