They do not accept VIP coupons by mail at this pet supermarket location. I was disappointed to find this out during my most recent AND LAST visit to this particular location. I brought 2 separate coupons (one for a coupon for medication and a 2nd for 10% off my entire order) and the manager said I could only use 1 of them per visit, this is not consistent with other pet supermarket locations I have been going to for the past decade. I was then told if 2 VIP members visited he store and shared the same address that we couldnt put our items on the same bill either. This policy made absolutely no sense either. After speaking to their corporate office the lady on the phone said that the manager was 100% wrong on both situations, and that "they likely did not get proper training" . I find this to be an unsatisfactory explanation as we are to trust these people with our pets health and I stood there reading the coupons fine print to both employees for 20 minutes. I feel like I was lied to just so they could make an extra $8 off of me. Also the staff/customer service at this location is worse then shopping at walmart. We do dog fostering so we spend hundreds of dollars a month on dog supplies and not once has anyone helped us when we have walked into this place, so something was fishy from the get go.. If I wanted that I would shop across the street at walmart. The good news is I left disgusted and after going to a petco down the street they happily took both of my coupons with no hassle, plus tacked on another $10 off for their petpals program. So I saved $30. I encourage anyone getting VIP coupons to not bother going to this petsupermarket location, try the Tequesta or palm beach location.. or just do what I did and give petco your business instead. In the end petco took care of us and the homeless doggies will be getting their medications afterall!

So recently I purchased a bag of Natures Variety Puppy Food "RAW BOOST KIBBLE PUPPY - CHICKEN" . So after a few days I notice my 6 month old puppy was acting funny. She did not want to eat. So after closer examination of the bag, I became apparent to me that I was SOLD a bag of Food that was over a month expired. Good News is that PetSupermarket is going to refund me for the expired food. Frustration is that it happen... So I guess it is important to double check EVEN dog food.

the only bad reviews are posted from an idiot and a guy who considers himself a pro reviewer and has nothing but bad reviews on his homepage lol! pet supermarket dosnt carry medication. period. Petco does. sounds like you took a pet supermarket coupon to petco, they didnt honor it and you left confused. Also this location DOES take the mail in VIP coupons as long as they are not expired, i do it all the time

I tried buying 8 dozen crickets and some really nice woman from there took her time and put them in separate bags because thats their policy now. Then when we get to the register the manager said he has to recount them because she put 100 in there. and if he knew his math he would know that it should be around a 100.

The new manager or supervisor Krymson is great! Never had all my questions answered so professionally
