I got shots here , the vet was late, 2 hour wait, too much ridiculous paperwork, they ask me 5 times for my name and address. I signed up for training classes, classes are in a corner of the store with lots of distractions for the dogs, the trainer had a lousy attitude, I withdrew. My dog needed his nails clipped, the store needed to verify his rabies shots, the tag around my dogs neck was not enough. They called and had to wait to verify, they acted like it was my fault. Then they said there was a problem with my dogs license and shots and the manager told me I have to get my Dogs stuff straight. My dogs license and shots were in order for sure. The manger refused to clip the nails, I said Id go somewhere else where the was less hassle. The manager told me " to have a nice day" in a condescending tone. I used this store all the time, but no more. The store created a huge problem for me, threw it in my lap, then told me to deal with it, when there was no problem to begin with, which I knew. The Slick Manager who is supposed to help resolve issues and ensure customers who are having trouble get the help they need, make the situation worse and made me hotter ! I went back to the store with my dogs documentation, and he offered no apology and acted angry because he was proved wrong. Funny , My dogs shots were given at this very store, but no one knew that.Youd think with all the unnecessary, redundant paperwork, someone would have documented something about his shots..........

I absolutely adore this place. Everyone from Jeff to Francis to Gloria, etc. They remember my name, they remember the foods I buy my cat, they even remember to double bag all my items; they know Im very particular about the cans I pick out...I hate dents so they handle them with care upon check out. They are totally open to going in the back to look for items that may not be on the shelf. They make suggestions. The store is clean. I simply cannot say enough about this place. As for the company Petco...I really admire them as they do a lot for local shelters, allow cats to be adopted, and give financial incentives to those of us who are members of Petco rewards. For instance, they send $5.00 coupons, they have sales for Petco rewards members, I mean real sales. Im not an online customer, however for those who like to shop on line there are many incentives, and sales, as well. Great store. Great company.

Roban a sus clientes. Compre un acuario oara mi pez y no trajo todos los equipos que deberia. Fui a la tienda y me obligaron a comprar lo que me habia faltado. La manager de nombre alexa dice algo y el resto de los trabajadores dice otra cosa... Que terrible servicio... Ademas siempre tienen grillos sueltos por el piso y es sucio el lugar... Definitivamente no regreso mas a este lugar...

They have a great selection of nature dog foods. My dog loves the treats on the treat bar. Staff is very friendly, outgoing and helpful. NOTE to Scott, clearly you never had your dog groomed or nails clips. I use to go to PetSmart off the beach before PETCO opened and they need to see shot paper work as well and would not take the tag either. The manager there has always been nice and friendly to people Ive noticed when I am shopping in the store. The female mgr with the glasses knows he stuff about food. I am very happy it has opend on South Beach

Been a customer now for the last 5 months....All the staff is super friendly, pet friendly and very helpful...I enjoy that the store is in Miami Beach, however, if the staff was not attentive and friendly, I would have no problem taking my business elsewhere.... a high selection of food, toy, grooming items, etc and if you cant find what you are looking for just ask any of the employees....they will find it for you, order it online for you (store deliveries do not charge shipping costs). My one stop store for all my pets needs.

Always had a great experience at this place. Always the cashiers were very nice but today was especial. My dogs doesnt like to eat and then I went to Petco and this guy Alex came to me asked if I needed help and I explained the situation for him. He explained to me everything about why dos eat and I got very impressed with his explanation and he recommended a food. As soon as I got home I put some of the food that he recommended me on my dogs place he ate like he just arrived from Cuba. Lol Jok. Thanks alex you are great.

I never was really impressed by their customer service, very weak indeed, the made in china concept is not my forte netiher. But when they wasted my time last time at bathing my doggie by delaying on a 3 hours bath when i ordered express service i lost my temper and aborted the service. Nails were not done, dog unwashed, still wet after 2:45 minutes...how long do you need for a bath ???? Waste of time and expensive for what it is.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The staff is BEYOND rude - including the manager. Unbelievable the lack of respect & customer service. I will never spend another dime in this establishment again. Its their loss because I have two dogs & I constantly am pampering my pets with beds, toys, food, etc. Im disgusted with this store.

Aviod using the restrooms here... Stopped by, was afriad to let a friends son use the mens room and the womens room was worst. No worries, expressed my concerns to Jeff the manager, he said the janitor will be here "later" today... Then beware of the puddle of water on the floor turning left to the mens room, very dangerous...

this place is amazing, the price are very competitive to Pet supermarket. I love the pet pals program, the pet supermarket one is no good, they only give you free dog food upon your 10 purchase. Other then that i enjoy going to this establishment in the beach, very convenient when i leave my job or when im at break.

I went to pet co to solve my boredom & as I was taking pictures of some ferrets to send to my friends on snapchat, a worker passed me and told me that they dont allow people to take pictures of the animals. Ive never peeled out of somewhere quicker in my life & I will be taking my business to petsmart now.

This location is the best! There are a few honorable mentions in this store: Alexis, Francis & Terella! Great people to get advice from. The store could use another hand, but I love this place and so do my kitties. Always a great experience here!

Great location to adopt a cat. It is coordinated by Cat Network, they are a rescue group made up of all volunteers. Everyone dedicates their time and energy to saving lives of kitties. there are always kitties for adoption in the store ;}

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Took an hour to check me out and the people who work there have zero experience or interest in helping customers! I will NEVER go back to that store!!
