I would not recommended this place! Although it looks nice and inviting these people are money scammers! I brought in my dog late Friday afternoon and picked him up first thing Tuesday morning. 1st, I was charged $30 for him being there Tuesday! For what an hour??? Most places charges for the day after 12pm, or per night, but as soon as they open your charged for a full day and night?? 2nd, I payed over the phone and the lady (who was very nice) said it was $175...($30 x 4nights should equal $120, then again i was charged for him being there for 5 days and note: it wasnt even a complete four day period) Confused I asked why and she had mentioned a $25 bath.... I never asked for a bath... She said she would tell the owner to take it off. I checked my bank and I was still charged $175. I called back and again she was very polite and offered a refund. I dropped my dog off with two large bones and wrote on his papers he loves bones, When i picked him up his bones were still in the original package.... It was the one thing i specified.... I was really hoping to fall in love with this place as i do travel frequently, but I will have to try somewhere else...

I am from Georgia and came to Miami and had issues with the hotel. They told me when I booked they were pet friendly and when we got there, they said they were not. I was going to find a different hotel, but the hotel I originally booked at informed me they were non refundable and we already paid $650. So I looked online and found Le Chien. I called and they were happy to take in my fur baby while we vacationed. Ive never had to leave my baby but as soon as we arrived, I was so relieved. Its a beautiful place and even smelled really good. My dog immediately adapted and when I dropped in to check on her, she was in heaven. They provide food and treats and walk your babies daily and play with them & also have amazing prices. I would recommend this place for sure! I wish there was a Le Chien in Atlanta because I would for sure leave my fur baby there again. Thanks Le chien! :)

Ive lived in the area for 10+ years and have always had dogs. I travel fairly often so for boarding Ive tried a few local animal hospitals, several "hotels" and a couple online dog sitting sites.... without a doubt Le Chien is the top spot in the area. Their prices may be a little on the higher end, but thats to be expected with their setup. Typically dogs are boarded into crates, put into the back room and never seen until you pick them up. Le Chien is probably the only place Ive seen that actually has the dogs up front, providing fully transparency into how your dog is being treated. Only downside is that pickup on Sunday is a little difficult with them, but arrangements can be made (although theyre not very flexible). Ive already referred a few people here, and theyve all had similar experiences.

We found this place while on vacation. Our hotel said it was pet friendly and when we arrived, it was not! I called around to several places and no one would take my furbabies because I didnt have their shot records on me (I was on vacation, of course I didnt have them) and their vet was closed. I called This place and they accepted my babies with open arms. This place is so nice and so clean and very reasonably priced! I was able to call and check on my babies and even stopped by to see them one day and you could tell they were in heaven! They didnt want to leave! I wish this place was in atlanta where I am from because I would use them all the time!

I use it from opening. Very happy with the service. When girls say stupid things, I do not pay attention. Because after a while the owner understands his workers who pluck. And next visit is already running another girl at frondesk.(We asked to call when finished cutting to call us. Dog hair cut in the morning and forgot to call. Called after lunch themselves. She decided we calculate $ 90 for what he was all day with them. Why should I have to pay if it was her fault that she had forgotten to call) . In general, service is not bad. My dog is happy and so am I.

I take my french poodle here for grooming and sometimes day care. The prices are reasonable and the customer service exceptional. I was extremely impressed the first time I walked into this place it smelled so clean, you wouldnt believe you were walking into a pet hotel or grooming place. I am writing because I am grateful, and appreciate this place so much. For some people pets are like their own children (I am one of them). Merci Beaucoup Le Chien

I took my beautiful puppy for a haircut. Talked extensively with the groomer Ashley on how I wanted the puppy to be given a haircut. She claimed she could do either of the hair styles I showed her. But she did not. She just messed up the look completely. Now the puppy looks so ugly, I cant even take the puppy out in public. Dont take your dog here.
