Grooming there is absolutely horrible. I picked up my dog after paying $80 in services including a bath, only to find a big grey spot on her side underneath her fur. I called the tech to see if it was left over shampoo or something that would go away by itself. She laughed at me and said I brought her in like that. First off, her response was ill uncalled for a unprofessional. Secondly, if was there and I didnt notice it, they shouldve called me and informed me about it. Also, if Im paying $80 for a bath...regardless if it was there or not when I dropped her off, my dog shouldnt come home dirty. I am however, very thankful for the manager David. I called and spoke with him about the issue and he insisted I bring my dog back so he could take a look. When I got there, David brought me back into the Spa/Salon, and then went into the back with my dog and a tech to re wash the side of my dog that was dirty. My dog came back out clean, like she should have the first time. His customer service skills were great and he was very helpful. I wish I could say the same about the tech I spoke with over the phone. She shouldve been the one to insist I bring my dog back to check it out instead of laugh and blame me for it.

I have been buying fish and dog supplies from Lake Park for 12 years, I have 2 - 700 gallon gold fish ponds with 80 foot of 3 foot wide stream inbetween ponds. 12/28/016 purchase 44 goldfish and 10 Plecos. The next day 10 were dead followed by another 16. Didnt think too much about, brought fish and receipt back to store they refused respoibility. But also noticed gold fish tank almost empty. Then realized they might of had a ammonia problem and decided that DISHONESTY WAS BEST POLICY .Purchased 10 more goldfish from Pet store in Jupiter. All survived,has been 5 days now just to make sure. Be warned Policy change at Lake Park Petsmart, its better to lie to customers than stand up and be responible. Their discuion will cost them a customer who constantly buys fish from them and dog supplies

I came in to the store with a new puppy, I need a collar or harness. As soon as I brought the puppy in she became scared. The staff was very helpful getting her calm and finding a harness. The staff brought me and the puppy to the training area, where the dog trainer Tiffany was. Hands down a big help! I have brought the puppy in a few days later, the staff again was very helpful. They all remembered us. I would recommend this store to anyone that has any animal needs.

I am no longer buying my fish from this store. They die within a month and just this last time there had to of been some bacteria in the water at the store because now my fish have some type of fungus growing on them. I have my 2 from another store that have lived for 2 months so far and out of the 6 I got from this store 1 has already died, 1 looks like its going to die over night and 4 others have that weird fungus on them. You wasted my money and killed fish.

The only negative is trying to resist the urge to spoil your pet. Great selections and great and helpful staff. Always something great on sale and with the pet rewards card its your best bet to get bang for your buck.
