We have been using Brothers Complete for over 2 years now! My border collies are all extremely healthy and the vet is amazed on how perfectly my dog Shadows pregnancy progressed. She delivered 7 extremely healthy HUGE puppies all weighing in between 12 and 15 ounces each. The vet attributed their healthy condition to the food we had been feeding her prior to and during the pregnancy. We started the pups out on the Beef & Egg and now have changed it up to the Venison & Egg Allergy free. The pups and mom like this flavor even better. We are so glad we can get sound nutrition for our pups with a protein content of around 30%. Most other high quality foods have a protein content of 38 to 40% and lots of fillers, which causes diarrhea in BC pups less than a year of age. Aaron, is a HUGE help when it comes to animal nutrition. All of our pets, 4 dogs and 2 cats are nutritionally sound and healthy. Even though the store is only 4 miles away, I can still order dog and cat food and have it delivered to the house via UPS (with orders over $40). Sometimes it is just easier! :)

The staff at the Doggy Store have been instrumental in the quality of life of our corgi in his final years. Our 11 year old corgi developed hot spots when we moved from NY to FL. The vets solution? Six months of antibiotics and steroids. Cost: $1,000. Effectiveness: Zero. We started doing our own research and found a website that recommended we put our dog on a cleanse. We went to our local Doggy Store who would sell the cleanse to us but said the allergy would come right back unless the food was changed. Instead, they recommended a high protein diet free of grain and gluten to eliminate the allergy that was presenting in the hot spots. By the beginning of the third month on new food, the hot spots were completely gone and NEVER RETURNED. Gus lived his final years free of the discomfort of large rashes and missing fur. We have now rescued two boxer pups and when we have a question about proper nutrition, we go to a vet recommended by the a trusted friend and then go to the Doggy Store.

The owner thinks he is a veterinarian because he grew up with one. He prefaces his advice with this information. The staff tried to sell us "grain free" food that contained zea mays, an ingredient I knew to be corn. He denied that it was corn, and went online to try to prove me wrong, only to find that we knew more than he did. They really dont know their products! We purchased a sealed bag of dog food that was moldy. When we called the store, they would not accept a return because their supplier wouldnt accept it. We called the dog food company, and they promptly sent us a new bag by overnight delivery, and they were surprised that The Doggy Store would not accept the return. We wont be going back, even though we were loyal customers for 3 years and purchased food and supplies for 3 dogs. We found the same food & supplies at a groomer who is more knowledgeable and happy to have our business.

Went into the store looking to pick up some dog food that they list on their site. I was informed that it was a "special order" - expecting that they would take care of this right there - I was told "No - you need to go online for that" - Wow that is poor service. To make things even worse they charge a store pick up fee - for what I am not sure. Seems odd to charge a customer to come in to your store and pick up an item and not tell them about it. My first and last time shopping with the Doggy Store - keep your hidden fees.

They do carry a lot of good brands, yes they are overpriced. But what made me come here is their service. Today I, literally, walked out of the store and drove another 30 minutes for what I wanted. The lady who works there should never, ever be working with the public, she should be in her PJs working from home, probably writing movie reviews. Also, if you still want to go there, make sure you get dressed up, walk in there with board shorts and flip flops doesnt even look at you. But the Cuban Restaurant next door is awesome!

Dont bother with these people. They are arrogant, misinformed, over-priced, and just looking to make it big with their dog food. Go ahead, ask them to show you where there meat processing facilities are. They dont exist. They just buy meat "meals" from distributors aka rendering plants and vegetable "powders", mix it up, and sticker their name on it. Make your own Balanced Dog Food by contacting a canine nutritionist or stick with Orijen/Acana, Halo, Merrick, Honest Kitchen, Primal, Aunt Jenis.

I love the Doggy store! We have been going there for 3 years and they have be VERY helpful. They are always willing to answer questions and they treat you like family. Their knowledge is amazing and they saved our Great Dane! We had no idea what was wrong with her and medicines were masking the issue and they knew what was wrong. A week later she started to get better and within a month she was in perfect health. I would reccomend this store to everyone (and I have)!

Their is a woman there who claims to be the owner who nothing short of rude inconsiderate. The prices are way overpriced. there is nothing there you cant get online. We were regular customers until the evil c-nt worked we were buying a $78 bag of dog food she through us out for asking to use the restroom. Service is poor, and rude and overpriced. I would sooner give my money christian coalition. She should be buy midol not selling pet supplies.

Ive rarely left a store so regretting giving them any of my money. Unwelcoming, unfriendly, and bordering on hostile people. They refused to honour an Honest Kitchen coupon, and slandered the company for not giving them the money. I checked with Honest Kitchen and this is blatantly untrue. Perhaps they were having a bad day, but Ill drive across town to purchase this hard to find product rather than ever stepping foot in here again.

If you have a dog YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY BOTHER getting your pooch over to this store. Everything there is hand chosen for retail by nutrients, organics, and over all good health for your pet. These guys know what is needed for nutrition every stage of the way from 8 week pup through adolescent 6months and after a year. You would be a fool not to at least try it, your pets will love you for it!! :)

Really surprised by others negative reviews. Its a family-run business that care a LOT about dogs and animals. Theyre even starting a not-for-profit to help animals. Theyre always friendly, helpful and theyre prices are cheaper than the local franchises in the area. Im moving and plan to order all my supplies from them online. Ill be a loyal customer forever with these high-caliber people.

I order every month and their brothers complete brand solved my dogs allergies.. 3yr + customer..the wierd negative reviews are quite different than my experience with them..and the review of accusing them of mixing bad ingredients is blatantly false and if there is any legal action they can take against that person, I certainly hope they do..what a disgusting comment to make..smh..
