I brought my dog there for a grooming and she came back itching with black spots everywhere. Zoo told me to send MMS pictures of it. She told me it was an allergic reaction, most likely to the shampoo. I took her back so she could do an oatmeal bath hoping that would help. There was one dead flea in the bath as it was not cleaned, so I mentioned it to Zoo. Now, she says my dog has fleas. She told me I should buy her organic flea collar. Zoo called me the next day to tell me the collars were in stock. I shouldnt need them BC it was an allergic reaction. She didnt/still doesnt have fleas. She told me it was bites just so I would buy a collar. Now, she tells me its bites and an allergic reaction! She has no clue! My dog is still itching. She didnt have this problem when I first brought her in. Either way, I will never take my dog back again.

******THE WORST BUSINESS IN JUPITER....DONT USE THESE PEOPLE*****...MY 87 YEAR OLD NEIGHBOR TRIED TO RETURN SOMETHING THAT DIDNT FIT HER DOG....AND THEY SCREAMED AT HER AND ABUSED HER AND TOLD HER TO GET OUT...THEY HAVE BEEN A HORRIBLE BUSINESS SINCE THE NEW OWNER TOOK OVER....AND ALL THE WOOF GANG FOOD THEY SELL IS STALE AND OUT OF DATE!!!! MAKING IT VERY DANGEROUS FOR YOUR DOG TO CONSUME.
