A large warehouse providing building materials for the construction industry. Considered a co-workers garage of which is stockpiled with stolen materials from local construction sites as well as his/her own employer. Place where cheap labor, mexicans, can be purchased at a low cost and employed for physically demanding jobs of which pennies can be barterd for services. The store where you can find mostly everything except small appliances. The store that is big, bright, and to much orange like there was no yesterday. Home Depot provide good customer service and are very helpful when it comes to finding an item. You could probably find better quality tools at an other wearhouse but at least St.Cloud Home Depot provide a little bit of everything. This particular Home Depot has the benefit of the ponytail man that makes really good hot dogs outside with a great price.

I am very disappointed in the customer service at the Home Depot in St Cloud. I use to frequent this store because of the customer service and the close proximity to our home. However I have been there numerous times in the past 3 months and each time I have been extremely dissatisfied! We have purchased 5+ loads of concrete and had to load 90 percent of it ourselves. While loading we have been blocked in by other customers purchasing small items like ceiling fans. We have been watched by several young men employed to assist in loading as we worked. We have employees refuse to help check us out for Christmas trees without the sku number, bolts requiring price look ups, and the list goes on. We are extreme do it your-selfers to the point of being very low maitenance customers but this is getting ridiculous.

Finding someone to help is almost impossible. I dont know how many times I have bought items and got home just to find out someone had opened the box and took parts--recently HD checked a toilet and said all there, but the wax seal, all nuts/bolts, and flush handle were gone; a fan box had 2 blades missing; and yesterday a window blind box had all of the parts gone. Just so frustrating because you then have to stop your project and go back. Plus, what is this where people bring their dogs into the store? It is bad enough with trying to find things let alone worrying about dog piles or pee on stuff. And if we are bitten, I will call Morgan and Morgan and go after HD for allowing it.

on 4 out of my 5 trips here so far this year I left without making a purchase because the item need is in an aisle that is closed because they are moving inventory. Often they will not even be working in the isle and will not let you enter simply because they dont feel like having to clear the isle again in 10-15 minutes when the forklift returns. The employees in the paint department have also been incredibly rude when I had the nerve to interrupt the 5 of them as they stood there talking and doing nothing to ask them a simple question Its getting to the point where I simply start ordering more items online.

Home improvement store that carries just about everything you need at a reasonable price. However, if I had Lowes right next door I would have to pick them because their store layout, cleanliness, & newer innovative products are more abundant then Home Depot, they really need to work on improving their store displays for each section to make it easier and more enticing for the consumer. The main reason I gave it a 2 star rating is due to poor customer service in each department. No one is knowledgeable IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO FIND SOMEONE TO HELP YOU!!!!

No help on the floor, asked were I could find item told the wrong aisle. Ask to have help paged three times, finally asked for manager told he was going to try and find someone to help me or come himself. Not sure if it was the manager or not who finally showed up but seemed as though I was an inconvenience to him, sorry I only spent over $50.00 dollars, guess Lowes will be my next choice! Horrible store to get anyone to help you in at anytime!!!!

I had the best experiences with a home depot employee last week. Her name is Carmel and she works in the garden department. I was about to buy some topsoil for my garden...she took the time to explain the different kinds bagged potting/garden soil. Although a lil more expensive, the benefits explained to me made it a "no brainer"...thank you home depot for having such knowledgeable working for you...

Customer service is actually quite fantastic... IF you can find an employee. Due to the enormous size of the store, you really have to look to find a guide person. Other than that, they have everything you could need. Personally I entertain myself in the garden section and the lumber for building flowerbeds, but I do know that my brother goes quite frequently and is always satisfied. Hes a plumber.

Cashier was friendly but that was it...asked twice for help and nothing waited more than 40 minutes to get blinds cut and still no one showed up to do it. They only had ONE employee in the whole store that new how to do it and he was busy helping another customer. So the one star is to blame the managemet for not knowing how to cover an employee if busy.

This is my Go-To home improvement and hardware store when working on my home in FL, they normally have what I need at a reasonable price. As I am a transplant I can usually count on them to provide me with reliable information in local building codes when I am doing work that needs to be in compliance.

Customer service is very bad. there are a few workers that are very good but most of them arent. several times Ive waited at one of the service desks and wasnt acknowledged while they play on their phones or talk to each other. and most of them dont know where anything is when you ask.

Everything was good but only reason I gave them four stars is the cashier did not place any of my items in a bag for me. I had to do it myself and when she saw me doing so, she just looked away. Other than that, a young man offered to put my heavy items in my car and was super nice.

I like shopping here. Its like a safari where I get to hunt for humans in orange smocks only to find they dont know or tell you anything to get away from you fast. Theres a few good people there but not that many. They dont keep inventory up on pvc fittings very well.

Placed an order online and went 3 hrs later and wasnt pulled. Came back the next day and was pulled but items were missing. Giving 4 starts just because Winnie from customers service attention. Super professional and took great care of me and my order. GOD SPEED WINNIE!

I have been waiting for 35 minutes for someone to help with gutters parts. I went two times to the same employees to ask them if someone can help me. They look at each other and say "they havent helped you yet". Not good service. I guess they will not show up.

An employee named Rolando was nice enough to help me one on one to find the paint I needed. There was only one left in the location so he went out back to get me another. It was a small item but Im glad that he put the effort to go and get it for me.
