Look, I NEVER go out of my way to write reviews for a store/restaurant/whatever, but I just had to for this one. Heres what happened, I was looking for a code scanner for my car. I couldnt find it so I asked this guy who works there (probably in his 60s / white hair / white scruff beard / about 6ft tall). I asked him,"Excuse me, do you know where the code scanners are?" He turned to me and said,"Of course I do! What kind of question is that?! They pay me a lot of money to know this sh**!" ...Very rude! This guy obviously hates his job and let me stress the fact that he said "they pay me a lot of money to know this sh**!" No. He doesnt get paid a lot of money, he was being sarcastic. I would recommend going to Northern Tool next to Aldi, its only a 5 minute distance and its a bigger store with a bigger selection. When I walked into Northern Tool they were friendly and asked if they could help me the second I walked into the store.

I went there today to get a trailer hitch I brought a couple pieces up to the register no one would help me the cashier her name was Jennifer treated me like I should know what Im talking about because Im a guy she literally said you should know this stuff youre a man. I have no problem with females but if you dont know the product you should probably find someone else who does in the store no one would help me. Called the manager soon after my visit she was Unapologetic and said that theres no way any of her employees are expected to know anything about what theyre selling. Theres no training here at this store. I had to call corporate because of how mad I was avoid this place like the plague!!!

There is a RUDE employee her name is Hale, I asked her for fan pulleys she said that there wasnt any but when I told her yes Ive seen them here. She said "So! We dont have them and she rolled her eyes and left. I searched for like an hour the store for a manager to complain because after 20mind I found the fan pulleys and I showed her since she had an attitude and she said "I dont care have a good day and she went to the back of the store" why do they have retarded people with bad attitude working here. Casselberry store beware of HALE!

I love Harbor Freight in general, and I have only had good experiences at this one so far. Dont expect DeWalt quality and youll never be let down. Certainly some tools are better purchased elsewhere, but plenty of things work well regardless of the cost/quality. Everyone I go I find more useful things to tinker with!

Maybe not pro line of tools but gets my jobs done without ordering special tools online or paying high prices of name brand. Had 1 issue with a tool and they exchanged it no questions asked.
