First i wanna say that i have been coming to this location for quite some time now and always left with quality merchandise at reasonable pricing. But, my experience with the staff and manager today motivated me enought to sit down and write this review. Yesterday (May 03) i came into harbor freight to purchased a 2 piece tool box. Right off the bat the sales associates and cashiers were very friendly and went out of their way to make the transaction as easy as possible. They loaded the box onto the truck and off i went with my new box. However, sadly when i assembled my new box, i noticed that a drawer on the side cart was dented in a unacceptable way. I called this location back up and discussed the issue with the lady who picked up the phone on the second ring. They apologized for the inconvenience and requested that i return the side cabinet for a new one free of charge. So i went back to the location that same day and they were ready for me. The manager and another member of the staff personally oversaw that my replacement cabinet was in mint condition and took the time to load it into my tiny little sedan with no hassle to me. I left and will be putting the cabinet on the box tomorrow. Thank you to the manager and staff for making this as easy for me as possible. 10/10 will come back for sure.

I do not work in the freight industry or use tools, so when I came in here for the first time I didnt expect to find many things that would be useful to me, but I was wrong. This places has more than just tools and freight supplies. They sell gas masks. For fun I drive around with the gas mask on and laugh as people make shocked faces. But the best part of having a gas mask is going to childrens lemonade stands. I buy the lemonade, lift up my mask, pretend to get sick from breathing in the air, and then say I need more lemonade to survive. I get so much free lemonade from this trick. Kids are so gullible.

Oddly enough, I managed two Harbor Freights in the same day (dumb luck, not on purpose). On a Sunday - grabbed a tarp from here. I will note this - this is a NEW store - clean and big, with very friendly staff (just not as many as the other store - harder to find). Dumb design on the parking lot (dead end) and IMPOSSIBLE to go left onto 303 (east).

This store is so much more than a tool store. You never know what you may find . The prices are reasonable and many times they offer additional savings plus a free gift. The employees are usually very friendly and helpful. 1 sales associate with a beard I think is name is Mark seems to be very knowledgeable about the products in the store .

You have to go there and look around to really appreciate everything they have. Their prices are fantastic, just like their selection.

Tools are cheap (made) but if you are choosy you can find a deal on something decent. The staff is helpful.
