An awful experience. I was a non-customer. I dont want to give any stars but you have to. I asked one employee about a product and he had to go ask. Fine, except I waited 10 minutes and he never came back. I found him two aisles over stocking shelves. I asked if he had gotten an answer. He response made it clear he had not and would just make it up to get rid of me. At the check out I had the misfortune to be at Jeans register. It was busy, I was patient, but at no time did she act like I was there. I asked how much two items that werent mark were and in between talking to another employee about some order another customer had put on hold and talking on her device to someone somewhere else she managed to answer it. I had quite a few items and at no point did she actually acknowledge me as a customer, but rather continued to talk to everyone else in line and at the store. She started talking to one customer behind me and the customer asked her to take care of me first. She ignored the suggestion and me. She did dismissively say "sorry" at the end. Extremely rude to the customer. I like to support my local businesses but Im not going back and I have destroyed my "rewards" card. One other question, how do the possibly meet fire code?

horrible service. 5 people working in the store too busy talking to each other. Customers were wondering trying to find items they needed. And even as I left and said I would never be back to the store not one person still approached us I will go back to my local a store in Daytona Beach and in Palm Coast

I went in to pick up a few things here today and both staff members I asked were really helpful and went out of there way to keep me informed. Superior to their Lowes and Home Depot counterparts. Ace really is an awesome company.

These guys are great. Aisles full of excellent products and friendly, knowledgeable staff around every corner. It sure is a welcome change from the service I (dont) get at the big box stores.
