Our Doctor recommended Daylight Spectrum Bulbs. The ones at Lowes did not fit our lamp as it needs a fluted base. Not many Know the American Optometric Association recommends Daylight Spectrum Bulbs and in Europe Public Institutions can only use Daylight Spectrum Bulbs. We found a LIMITED number of Daylight Spectrum Bulbs. We were looking for an energy saving 3 way Daylight Bulb with a fluted base. Joe helped us look and showed us what he had. The energy saving bulb we chose was Daylight Spectrum and is expected to last 22 years! Its got a limited warranty for 10 years. Home Depot didnt stock exactly what we needed (but neither did Lowes) but this was the first Home Depot we received excellent service at. Better give Joe a raise...Ill be looking for him the next time I need lighting at the Home Depot! :)

I recently purchased a new refrigerator for our customer lounge at work. It was delivered today, or should I say dropped off. Free delivery includes having it dropped off in the box in front of the old refrigerator. This is the last time I will buy an appliance at Home Depot. I bought new appliances at Sears a year ago for my home, delivery was free, the price was great, and the delivery included box removal, removal of old appliances and new appliances installed in their appropriate place. Remember this if you are looking for new appliances, the extra work and disposal expense you incur is not always worth the deal at Home Depot.

This store is by far the Home Depot I have EVER been in. Sams Club is next door and they have The Worst Customer Service. I ask for help at your store and every employee is knowledgeable, kind, takes the time to bring me to the item, and always asks if I need more help before leaving. Im greeted when I walk in and Im always told to have a nice, great, day , evening, or weekend. Thank you for taking the time to train your employees the right way.

awful have tried to place an order online for sliding window part of 12.00 for 2 weeks order stated card and billing address were wrong ... called IT dept they were suppose to reply withing 72hrs for reason why, 6 or more days later i called and no report was ever filed.. only excuses we will see what final outcome is.. maybe just more excuses funny card and address work everywhere else..

Why cant all the stores be set up with the same layout do you know exactly wherevyou need to go and get something. Its nuts how each store differs . Time is money whenn your in the construction trades and when you have to wonder around to find what you need because layout is different from store to store it wastes time

worst DYI store I have ever been in Mentor Ohio store hires the rudest people who act like you are bothering them when you have a question. That is why we dropped the 10k at LOWES they were so nice compared to the rudeness we experienced at Home Depot never ever going in there again.

Worst home improvement store in Mentor. Very difficult to get assistance. Had someone paged and they never showed up. Called the store from inside the store two times. Took 30 minutes to get assistance. This was in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday, not on a busy weekend.

This is my local Home Depot that I go to all the time. I think all the staff is very helpful and polite. Even in the electrical and plumbing department you can find someone to help that knows what they are talking about.
