Good hardware store but pray you dont get Rachael at the front desk. Her toxic energy and piss pore attitude could disrupt even them most please of days. Terrible, useless employee who gave me a hard time about checking the price of an item before abruptly hanging up on me. Once I arrived and proceeded to check out she rudly demanded that I check the price of an item she could not look up ( like I work at ace...) when I returned to the register I witnessed another coustermer she had rubbed the wrong way storm off. She threw an item behind her and said whatever as she rolled her eyes. Do me a favor and get out of coustermer service.

I want to say how immediate the response was from FRANK at the Avalon store location. Last evening I rented a pressure washer and when I got home to use it the 50 ft hose had a leak - needless to say I could not continue with my project. The first thing in the morning I received a call and an email from Frank that he would be bringing me a replacement hose and extend the rental time. This is what small business is about and Im glad to see a business like this in the community (this kind of service is much appreciated and that I hope other business will follow). Thank you Frank for your immediate response

NOT BAD, BUT DONT EXPECT THEM TO PRICE MATCH UNLESS YOU HAVE A PAPER AD. I TOLD THE MAN ITS 2017 EVERYTHING IS DIGITAL NOW.
