One word....Terrible. I bought 5 gallons of ACE brand interior paint plus a gallon of primer based on the details provided by the paint sales associate. I primed a bedroom, waited 2 hours then painted it. Even after priming I had to use 3 additional coats of paint to get complete coverage, The original color of the room was aqua and the new color was a different shade of blue. When I attempted to return the unopened remaining 4 gallons because of poor quality, they simply refused because it was not their policy to return tinted paint. I was only trying to exchange for the same colors in a different brand of paint. They would not stand behind their product.

SHERWIN WILLIAMS Paint Company IS A ONE COAT PAINT COMPANY, THESE PEOPLE ARE CHEAP THAT PAINTED ANYTHING 3 TIMES, THEY DID NOT DO THERE HOME WORK , I AM A PAINTING CONTRACTOR FOR 38 YEARS, AND WHY WOULD ANY ONE TRY TO RETURN A TINTED PAINT IS REDICULOUS , SO MANY CHEAP PEOPLE , GO TO SHERWIN WILLIAMS TO BUY YOUR PAINT , A PAINT STORE , NOT A HARDWARE STORE

My husband and I love shopping @ the Ace on Hwy US1 in St Augustine, FL. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. And when I call on them on phone to check on items they are always nice and helpful. i like the fact that the Ace Hardware Stores and not corporate conglomerate owned, but locally owned and I like supporting those type stores.
