Had asked for help with a hose fitting. They sold me a part that did not fit when I got back home. Lost my receipt when I returned it and they wouldnt take it back. Part was in original packaging. I get I should of kept my receipt but I have been able to return items before to other retailers. Were talking $5 or less here. Good news is that Turner Ace Hardware is opening on San Marco soon, I wont return to this location ever again. Too bad I do like their location on US1 much friendlier and helpful.

Went to purchase an item I had a BOGO card for , they were sold out. Offered me a rain check which I was happy to get, until I had to PAY FOR IT AHEAD OF TIME. They will call me when it comes in? Whut???? Pay for a product they dont have ahead of time and they dont have in stock . "Oh thats the store policy on rain checks". I was born at night but not last night, Not a great policy, they might want to consider re-thinking that one. I wont go back.

I have been here and its convenient to not leave the island. They are closed a lot of times that I would shop there. Like in the evenings etc ...literally every time I look up to go here their hours say closed ...then I have to go to Home Depot
