On 05/29/2016 I purchased a new Stihl line trimmer and edger. I noticed, after the sale, that I was billed an extra $106.20. When I asked about the extra charge, I was told it was a mistake. But received no apology and they treated me like it was my mistake. When I asked the assistant manager what the Stihl return policy was at their store...she tells me there is none! Only a Stihl factory warranty. Once they put gas in the product, you, the buyer owns the product with no refunds. We have tried to use this ACE store 4 times now because we are local and want to help support the new store. I am done! Please drive the extra few miles to Home Depot or Lowes (coming soon). FYI the charge of $632.05 came through quickly, but the $106.20 refund has not even been processed yet!

Not as robust as Im used to, but this hardware store has enough of a selection to take care of what you need. Granted, its not a Harbor Freight for their prices and its not a repository for all things "ride on," but for a local hardware store, youre probably not going to find much better. Guy who cut some chain for me made some incredibly cringy jokes. Not exactly why I cut a star off, but it didnt help.

Went to get an MS250 Stihl saw to chop trees in neighborhoods impacted by the hurricane. Stihl is running a 299 sale through the end of October on them. This store is not participating as they are charging 350. Went to the other store in town and they were participating so take ur business elsewhere.

Very Friendly people! Came in at the end of the day about job applications and they answered all my question and told me about the best way to score a job! Also anytime I come in for anything I am always asked what is needed and helped! Thank you guys

PROPER RENOVATIONS ,

Definitely your neighborhood homeowner must have store, if they carry it. If they dont they will give you the attitude. Best to proceed to Lowes or Home Depot few miles away
