Now you have to join their little club in order to use any of their coupons. Ive being shopping at different harbor freights, from literally one side of the country to the other. And i joined their club one time, didnt got nothing but spam in return. I get over a dozen emails daily, their news fliers daily 3 or 4 sometimes were i lived. And it was a big mistake. Lucky I moved didnt have to deal with their junk mail. And their emails i cant unsubscribe from. I go in there today with my 20% off one item coupon and get a half a dozen of their organizer. Im paying cash, I have to give them my phone # and address to do so. No were on the advertisement does it say I have to do that. Harbor Freight youve lost a customer.

Great place to go for "Disposable" tools or if you need to "Tear up" a tool but want to keep your Dewalt safe. While I know what Im buying and the expected quality it has lately been overshadowed by Rude managers who also make their employees not very helpful out of fear. If the management was reigned in a bit and they stopped the rude attitudes and calling members names over the radios (Funny how they forget others with radios dont have headsets and deny it when you approach them politely) this would be a solid doodad shop like the one in Orlando. The company gets a 5 star but the management gets a 1 so balanced at a three star.

Horrible service. Waited in one long line. Another lane opened and people merged. She had the audacity to tell everyone to go back to original lane. Of course after waiting for 10 minutes. You are done unless you speak Spanish.

World Worst Customer Service! Im not usually one to complain but there is 15 people in one line with one cash register open, while they have 4 stock boys putting useless items on their full shelves.
