Its very clean and organized plus they actually have building materials that are of quality. Customer service is not that great when it comes down to being knowledgeable in certain trades like plumbing, electrical, or air conditioning. The biggest set back is the false advertising they let companies do in their store. Please get second opinion or estimate before you get any work done thru them. Expect to pay 10% more than regular because Home depot gets their cut from the companies they let in their stores. But as far as the store products.... They are great.
