I totally disagree with previous posts about Sprint. I have been with Sprint since 1999 when I purchased a Qualcomm phone with 300 minutes of talk, no texting back then and it used the pcs network for internet. Ive lived in the St Cloud area for 14 years and never had an issue with Sprint service. I did recently have an issue with Sprint not giving existing long time customers a chance to change to new promotional prices which would save me $60 a month, so I decided to port my numbers to Cricket Wireless which uses the AT&T network. It only took me 28 hours before I contacted Sprint to port my numbers back over. The Sprint network is so much better than AT&T. I couldnt believe how bad the quality and speed of AT&T is compared to Sprint. I received an email from Sprint asking me to come back. It didnt take me but a few minutes after receiving the email to call Sprint. Sprint not only waived the activation fees to port me back over, but they gave me the promotional plan plus gave me an $800 credit on my bill. That right, $200 per line and I move all 4 of my lines back over to Sprint. If you never tried Sprint, you dont know what you are missing. My current plan include 4 lines of service, 40 GB of data, unlimited talk and text in the United States, Canada and Mexico and free hotspot on all our phones for only $120 a month. Sprint is waiving the $15 line charge for as long as I stay on this plan. This plan is available to everyone!!!

Let me start by saying this store is privately owned. Customer service was horrible. I came to this store twice this week. The first time I came here I was told there was going to be a 45 minute wait. I only had 1 person in front of me and she wasnt even buying a phone. She was trying to figure out her daughters ITunes password because they couldnt figure it out. Needless to say I left. The lady that dealt with me the second time I came in was rude and couldnt explain anything, and shes been there 2 years. I became so frustrated with her that I left and went to the Sprint Store in Kissimmee on 192. They were able to upgrade me with no problems.

Let me warn you against Sprint in general, but also this store in particular. First off Sprint has very very poor coverage in this area. Ive sat next to friends with AT&T, Verizon, Boost, T-Mobile etc who would have service, and I would be roaming. It was impossible to use the Google Navigator, check my email, or do any of the things I was spending so much money on. And more pointedly this store is very badly run. The employees are always rude, take a long time to even acknowledge that youre in the store, and it really just seems like they dont care.

This store is absolutely, without a doubt the worst wireless store I have had the displeasure of dealing with! I was lied to about the plan I was quoted. The customer service is atrocious. The whole cut your bill in half is a scam to get you in there. Once you switch you have no way of getting your old phones back and switching back to your previous carrier. Shame on me for falling for their nonsense. Beware of Sprint by Maycom and this location in particular.

The people were so nice and told me exactly what I need to do to fix my phone. There was literally no wait time. Although theyre not a corporate location and so couldnt help me in my particular situation, they were very professional in how they told me where I need to go and what I need to say in order to fix my problem. Im very grateful for their help :)

The representative didnt tell me about any of the offers like two unlimited lines for a 100 or the qualification for a tablet. I ordered a blue tooth ear piece and Im having to call corporate because I have not got it. Once I called and they didnt even let me finish talking when the guy hong up on me. I thought it was rude.

I called this store at least 7 times! I wanted to know if they a product in stock so i wouldnt have to travel so far just to check. When i finally went it was just two guys watching movies behind the counter not answering phone calls! Worst customer service.
