There was 6 people waiting for about an hour to be helped. I usually go tot the store up on Greenwald and now I know why. There were 2 employees actually helping the customers and there was 2 others just walking around doing nothing while a line of people waited. The lady which appeared to be the manager left and stood outside while everyone waited. It was ridiculous. If the manager would have took some initiative to help someone the we wouldnt have been sitting there for an hour. Then when it came to get my sim card they never activated it so I had a problem with activating it on the phone.. I like at&t and i really dont like having to leave them an 1 star review but this store need some work.

I will say I have been calling this store location for 2 days at all times of the day and I get the same message "ALL ARE BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS " AND NOT ABLE TO GET THRU.... I am in NJ it is not easy for me to get into the store actually set up an appointment for my mom and I had special instruction and that was the reason for the call to the store itself. Well hope when she gets there she gets great customer service on her new device.

Ive been a customer for 7 years and whenever I go to upgrade etc they always give me a great deal. Just upgraded my phone this week. They went out of their way to give me the best deals possible unlike Best Buy where I initially went and was ignored for 20 minutes. The wonderful staff here spent an extra half hour after closing to make sure all of the stuff was transferred to my new phone. Definitely, five stars on customer service!

The store manager was extremely unhelpful. He is an extremely fast-talker, constantly interrupting customers and is extremely rude. I have been an AT&T customer for 15 years and have never experienced the level of difficulty in dealing with in-store personnel. Avoid this store at all costs. There is another closer to I-4 on 192 that has much better service.

The service at this location is first-rate! I was greeted and assisted promptly when I entered the door by Agustin, an assistant sales manager. He helped me exchange a faulty car phone charger for a new one. Within ten minutes, I had the new charger and was on my way. I intend on doing business again at this location in the near future.

What is the point of having this telephone number in your business cards if nobody picks up. I was in need to give special instructions before picking my new iphone since I was out of state for the time being. The only reason that I deserted Verizon was just for the iphone and absolutely no other reason. Marty

this location is GREAT, I went to the one in Osceala pky next to Starbucks before, and they are rude, horrible customer service. In this location people are friendly and really fast. it was a pleasure to go there and they help us right away with what we needed as the one in Osceala could not help us.

Not only do you have to wait in line forever to see a rep, when you finally get to see someone there are rude and unknowledgeable. I recommend you visit the store on RT 192 near RT 535. They are much more knowledgeable and curious. They actually take the time to explain things to you properly.

Have been with this location since 1997 when it was Cingular. Its had its ups and downs but has always had the newest stuff . Customer service varies and just when you get to know a service rep theyre gone. All in all though l have always been satisfied when l left.

Dont know why this store has a low review score, been there around 5 or 6 times in less than 6 months, people are super friendly, this time was Jesus, a new guy that was in training 4 weeks ago. Very nice place to work
