I concur with the above. Had a meeting set up with Heather Elliot the sales manager and was treated with the most disrespect I could Imagine. Not only did she push me off onto a lower level employee, But that employee told me there was nothing they could do for me, Directly after it was told to me by a AT@T service professional that the appointment was set up and that they (At the 312 Location) would take care of my issue. After this terrible treatment I called to ask why I was not seen by the manager I had the appointment with I was told that she "Was Mysteriously Unavailable" and that no one would help me. I was treated with such disrespect at this location, It appears that they only help those they see are deemed worthy of Their services. BE PREPARED TO BE TREATED WITH DISRESPECT AND IN A VERY NONPROFESSIONAL MANNER.

My wife and I went to the store with all the current paperwork showing our phone charges and numbers to pay off my recent new I-phone S6. The manager required ID which I had and said that I wasnt on the account. My wife was on account but didnt have her ID with her as we were going shopping and I always pay the bills. The manager refused to accept my wife as an authorized user without proper ID. I had to drive 18 miles 1 way to get my wifes ID and go back to pay off my phone. When we returned the Manager never asked to see her ID, what a dumb ass manager to have at this store and I will cancel my service at the end of the contract. ATT should teach the managers to use common sense in these situations. Terrible service and dont go to this store.

This is the worst experience ever! Ive been treated very bad, and irresponsible. I have a problem with my account transfer, they questioned me, and use very bad attitude, it made me feel really disrespectful and the staff was acting very aggressive. Im a foreigner and dont really speak that good English, so he asked his manager to come and talk to me, however, he was talking the whole time and wouldnt let me to say a word. Terrible terrible experience!!! Now Im in another ATT store, and problem solved easily.

THIS STORE IS AWFUL. I have been with Att for quite some time. Usually, they have okay cell service but great phones and helpful, smart staff. I have been in this store on a number of occasions, only to deal with a rude, poorly trained staff who usually mess up my account. Once, they even accidentally suspended my service! I now deal with the new store on A1A. Their staff was friendly, sharp on their skills, and the manager is much more personable. Avoid the sore thumb.

No greeting when we walked in. No acknowledgement we were there. There were 2 people working and there is no reason we should have been ignored. We waited for over 10 minutes while 2 employees helped 1 person. We were frustrated with the lack of customer service and out of nowhere we were informed by JESSICA we could leave. Tried to get the store number and her employee number so we could complain but she refused to give any info. Never going in that store again.

I was at this store yesterday and I had a great experience. Dairion and Mary Lynn Levine are great to work with. All of my questions were answered and they helped me make an informed decision on a new phone and accessories based on their own personal experiences. I was in and out in no time and all of my date transferred as well as my previous cell number. Thank you for making a normally arduous process quick and easy! Great jo.

Not too impressed with this AT&T store. I came in for a simple 10 second question and they cut me off and said I would have to sign the book and wait my turn. I turned around and walked out. I came back another time and was interested in a phone. This time they were not busy, but I still had to sign the book. I did not buy, was not impressed with the sales person.

AT&T store in St. Augustine is horrible. They will never answer the phone thus letting it ring over to corporate. Customer service in the store is terrible. Unfriendly employees and the manager is no better. It is worth driving to Palm Coast or Jacksonville to avoid this store.
