Im very much disappointed in my shopping experience. Everything has been donated, but yet I found pricey tags on many items that I could get cheaper at a Wal-Mart store. I was in shock at first. Laughed about it later. Now Im just kinda sick and really disappointed . Seriously your items are used , so why are you pricing them like theyre new ??? I have decided to no longer donate to you ,as Ive been doing for years. I would rather give them away, because if I cant afford to shop in your store ,how do you expect the much more needy ones to be able to afford those ridiculous prices youre wanting for mostly crap !! $16.99 for shoes that have been worn to Hell and back ... thats okay I will get a new pair same price somewhere else! ! What a scam !

Put simply, the cheapest store ever. Not everyone who shops there is poor or looking for "vintage" clothes. Some people, like moi for example, shop there because they actually like finding random clothing thats already worn in and has a story behind it. What I found funny is that Goodwill gain its items by donations and yet they happen to be more organize and provide better service than Wal-Mart. Much cheaper and easier than shopping at Wal-Mart or the mall. Goodwill is an especially good place to shop if youre friends with the manager, and, subsequently, sometimes get items for free.

I love this location. I frequent several Goodwills in Central Florida as I treasure hunt. This location is so neat, clean and well merchandised. I see that all locations try to merchandise by color or themes however if the rest of the store is in shambles what is the point. Many of the newer stores could take their lead from the St Cloud store. The staff is always very friendly and appear to actually like their job. I believe this stems from the top, the store manager Dara is extremely friendly and her attitude is infectious to those around her. Well done

The prices here are definitely higher then you would want to pay for used items. Some of the employees have taken to pricing brand name stuff considerably higher than generic equivalents. The clothes are organized according to color so sizes are all over the place making it take a long time to find clothes. However you can come out with a nice outfit for $15 or a much cheaper household item and the store is always clean.

Goodwill used to be a nice place to buy used stuff,they had affordable prices but now theres prices went up so much, i cant believe how high they went, for been used stuff, for example, a watch before could cost $3.99 now they are $19.95 and up..nicknacks are very expensive.(used)and so on.. Its sad how this places that used to be good to buy, getting theirs prices so high!! cant even afford going there..

I love shopping here knowing that the proceeds go to a good cause. I love to look through the housewares department for older pieces of glassware, not worth much to anyone, but pretty, but the prices have been going up quite a bit lately.

I went there today based on the reviews. I agree, things were easy to find(color coordinated), neat and organized. The people were cheerful and very friendly. I drove 11 miles one way to get there and I would gladly do it again.

Very dissatisfied,unfriendly staff and i dont understant why their prices are higher tjan the other Goodwill stores. I actually found several items higher or at retail prices. Honestly not one to put on the map.

I love this place! Clean, not cluttered. Helpful people. Love the St. Cloud store. I come from Kissimmee to shop here. I dont care for the Kissimmee store. Nasty and so are the people.

This is a very well maintained Goodwill. The employees are nice and the place is clean. I stop here every other week to see what new treasures have arrived.
