This was one of the best customer service experience I have ever had. I was buying a truck box, and saw it didnt have a tray inside. The cashier told me they dont all come with them anymore. So I went back and starting rummaging through the other boxes on display to find a tray and take it. Next thing I know, the store manager is helping me rummage through them. We couldnt find one that fit my box, so he took my name and address and said hed special order a tray for me, no cost. That was about 3 weeks ago, and yesterday I received the tray!! He didnt have to do it, he could have easily blown me off and said what the cashier said. But he didnt, he went above and beyond on the busiest shopping day of the year to help me with a little detail like a tray. Thanks!!!

We get propane from Tractor Supply Co. all across the country. We have had nothing but difficulties with this store. Either missinformation, bad hours, or just plain hassel. Thank goodness for employee Tony, who tried to make up for it. He is the only reason we would return.

The store is actually behind the bank in the strip mall right next to Old Canoe Creek rd. Its also worth noting, Old Canoe Creek Rd, what the street signs say, is called Kissimmee Park Rd and CR 525 on Googles maps instead of Old Canoe Creek Rd.

If you need any help at all Do Not have Carrie help you! She wasnt friendly at all. She tried to get something from a high shelf and wasnt safe at all - duh she needed a ladder from the start. Try to find another employee and different store.
