The publicly taxed Pavilion Maze. A lot of nice stores here, terrible parking and maneuvering. The developers needed a V8. I recently learned of a rediculous 1% P.I.F. tax that is added onto whatever you buy at most locations in this development. Yes, an extra 1% tax is added onto your bill to help pay for infrastructure costs. I would be okay with this but the infrastructure and roads are terrible. It is so easy to get lost. It is not the consumers fault for excessive planning and development and should not be responsible for footing the bill. If the store you want is in another location, shop there instead. Its ridiculous that most stores pass off the fee to its consumers, like we dont already pay enough irrelevant taxes. Shame.

They refused to sell tickets to a military family of four on veterans day,to she Hacksaw Ridge movie because i had my daughter with me claiming it was against policy. To all management and higher reading this think about the cost effectiveness of rejecting a military family of four, local residence, who frequently goes to your location multiple times a month. Sad thing is we have always seen rated R movies and now it is an issue, yet they say this policy has been in effect for over 6 months. Work on your training, dissemination of information, and publicly post your policy to prevent any unfortold incidences from occuring.

I really enjoy The Pavilion at Port Orange. There are plenty of good places to eat a meal or grab a treat. The large variety of stores means I can go shopping and find just what I needed, even when I didnt need anything. My youngest son loves the playground and Chuck E Cheese. We also like to walk around and play Pokemon Go with several poke stops. The movie theater is large with stadium seating. The Pavilion has everything you need for shopping with friends, date night, or just getting out of the house with the kids.

Anything that you could ever need. Restaurants are great and if you need to spice up a home dinner, try to char-grill some jumbo shrimp and through on some Red Robin signature seasoning. Thatts like the most important thing to come for. Feeling like chicken, try "Krispys Chicken" if its even open. Last time we went, it was closed off of schedule and wound up eating at 5 guys.

I like the selection of shops there and the events but i dont like the parking lot. Its extremely confusing to find the correct exit and make it to the roundabout. Overall, though, i think this is a good place with a good selection of stores to find what youre looking for. I go there regularly and have referred friends there for their shopping needs.

A cut above the average shopping center. Nice choice of stores. Excellent mix of restaurants. Very nice movie theater with multiple screens and the latest offerings. We go out of our way to shop and dine here, and to see a movie, on a fairly regular basis. No matter the mood, you easily can find something to buy, watch or eat.

Love the nice walking scenery and variety of stores! There is even a little play ground for kids and a Tesla charging station. The restaurants are a bit pricey in general and a lot of the stores close at 9 even on weekends which is too early for my night owl tastes but it is a nice place to spend an afternoon.

I think this was one of the greatest additions to Port Orange. The movie theater is great even though the new Cobb theater in Daytona outclassed it. There are many places to eat here as well as many small businesses and big stores such as Michaels, Marshalls, Home goods, Belk, Ulta, PetCo to name a few.

Excellent for all needs. Eat at the San Diego Grill or the Malibu Beach Grill or Red Robin. Excellent shopping from Dollar Tree to Belk and Marshalls. Second floor over Red Robin is Florida Hospil with excellent Physicians, X rays and Physical Therapy. Try Complete Foot Care across the hall.

This is a great place to visit in Port Orange. Lots of shopping and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Also, there is a nice walking path around the park and fountains. If youre into Pokémon there are lots of Pokestops and many of the businesses drop lures pretty consistently.

Great place for hanging out, date nights or just to catch a movie. There is a nice little "soft park" that is fenced to take the kids to. Plenty of parking and lots of shopping and food options to choose from. Its right off of I-95 and its easy to navigate through.

Good stores, but awful traffic pattern and a large amount of poor driving. Go in the back entrance and avoid the people that dont know how to maneuver the roundabout. Tesla charging stations in the front, right next to the rug salesman that has no business license.

I love the pavilion. My favorite store is home goods and favorite restaurant in the plaza is Texas Roadhouse. Many good shops enjoy being able to walk around outside between time in stores. They even have a walking path around a lake.

This is a very large, beautiful and clean place to spend the day. There are shops and resturants for every taste, age, and budget. There is a playground, Chuck E Cheese, Red Robin, and several steak houses and specialty vegan shops.

Wonderful stores BUT they add a 1% sales tax on top of your sales tax. They call it an infrastructure fee, like they dont get enough rent from the stores, they tax the patrons as well. Shameful Greed

I love the variety of shops here and the ability to get in and out of most of them wih little trouble. There is ample parking and accessing the parking lot from any of the roads is fairly easy.

A wonderful place because of the great variety you can find there. I personally think they should have more clothing stores for younger people because they mostly have stores for older people.

Their are alot of nice places to shop and tons of options for eating here. How ever each place adds on a separate % tax due to the owners of the Pavilion property. So watch when u pay!!!
